Amazing home in Ostra Vetere (AN)
"This cozy family home is surrounded by rolling hills and offers a beautiful view of Ostra Vetere (6km). The house is located on a 5000 m2 plot, just a few meters below the same is a beautiful pool next to a charming small artificial lake, here you can wonderfully relax and take their meals outdoors. The pool water is cleaned by natural filtration and purification. The pool is available all year round, but not heated. In the main building, first floor: living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace with barbecue oven, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room and toilet. On the upper floor is the apartment of the owners, this is not occupied during the stay of vacation guests. A few meters away is an outbuilding: living-dining room with access to a small covered terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Apart from being a great place to relax, the surrounding areas offer much to see and are suitable for organizing day trips in terms of art, culture and culinary traditions: Urbino (56km), Jesi (22 km); Fabriano (45 km), Ancona (45 km), Recanati (77 km), Loreto (70 km); Macerata (70 km), Fermo (110 km) Osimo (55 km). Ostra Vetere (6 km) has been called "the city of bread and oil"; it is home to some of the most renowned producers in the region. The splendid beaches of Numana and Sirolo are about 60 km away."
