Great Property. Clean, spacious, well furnished. This is our second time staying in this development of condos. I recommend this property and would rent again.Only disappointment was that the Property Manager didn't leave the rental stocked. There was no extra toilet paper available and when we checked in, both bathrooms were down to a 1/4 of a roll. Minimal liquid hand soap in the dispensers. Had to buy both items the next morning for our 3 night stay.Kitchen is only stocked with salt and pepper and the coffee maker. If you plan on cooking, you need to buy your own supplies (oil, spices, etc...). My first time in a rental with this low of supplies.Both bedroom ceiling fans seemed to be linked to the same remote. Whatever you did on one bedroom, it did the same thing in the other bedroom. Someone might want to check into this.

Thank you for your candid review. My My apologies for the bathroom’s not being stocked well with toilet paper and soap. I have contacted the cleaning company and let them know and ask that this does not happen in the future.

This is a very unique property. The rental is in a wonderful neighbourhood. The hosts were great. The listing stated there was a king, queen, and a twin bed and a futon. We didn’t see a twin bed on the property anywhere. We had to step out and buy shampoo and conditioner because we didn’t realize it wasn’t provided.

Second stay here and would return in a minute

Stayed in this house a year ago and it was again fantastic this time. It’s more than perfect for the Gravel Worlds events in terms of proximity. It’s also close to everything needed - groceries, restaurants, gas, parks, cycling roads, etc. The house has lots of space with all the amenities covered. The garage is a big asset too. The hosts are extremely responsive and helped me add days to my stay at the last minute

Super clean

Our stay was for our son’s graduation from UNL. Property was super clean, and the neighbourhood is very pretty and quiet. Nice restaurant a short walk away. Did not receive code for access, but the owner responded very quickly. Bathroom is a bit small, but ok for the two of us. Only improvement I would suggest is a larger/more comfortable couch in the living room. Overall, a great place to stay, and perfect location for Memorial Stadium.

Perfect stay for Gravel Worlds (Super perfect)

We were in Lincoln for the 2022 Gravel Worlds event and stayed for most of the week prior. This location is nicer than my own house and literally 300m from the event start line. It's super clean and spacious. There's a big grocery store within walking distance, restaurants in the backyard, and easy access to the highway. The massive garage was an asset for bikes and our vehicle. The hosts were super helpful and on it for our stay. If we go back to Worlds, we'll def try to stay here again.

My husband and I are both Real Estate Agents and this is our 3rd VRBO property. We have 3 kids in college and love the town of Lincoln! We pride ourselves in the updates and cleanliness of all of our vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

When we saw the Fallbrook neighborhood we fell in love with the area. It's almost its own small little town with a "downtown street" located 1 block from the property. Offering 2 restaurants/bars, a hair salon, insurance agency, boutique and more!

Close to Interstate 80 and close to downtown Lincoln. Walking distance to bars and restaurants!
