Great house, great location!

The house is very conveniently located right next to the beach making it super easy to go back and forth between the beach and the house (which is great when you have young kids!). The house was very comfortable and spacious. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the top patio overlooking the ocean.

As are most pet friendly places, it was a little worn down, but very clean. Great location, great view. Good value for the price

OBX 2022

House was comfortable and in a great location. Area was quiet and beach was not crowded at all. I appreciated the beach chairs! The house could used some minor maintenance (door knobs, light switch). We would definitely rent it again.

Just OK

The house didnt seem well loved/cared for. There was dog hair in many spots especially the stairs which looked like no one even tried to clean them. The biggest issue we had was we werent able to use the biggest bedroom because the air conditioner didnt work in that room. My brother-in-law is over 6' and had to sleep on a bunk with the kids. I told the property manager but nothing was done about it during our stay. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and the location was great.
