The apartment Villa Anna is located on the first floor of a newly built villa in the hinterland of Imperia, on the outskirts of the small mountain village Artallo.
After a short drive from the sea to the mountains you will be rewarded with a breathtaking sea view. The small valley opens like an amphitheater towards the Mediterranean, which glitters at your fingertips at the foot of the mountain. It is a dream: no photo can reproduce it, you have to have seen it. The spectacle of light is overwhelming at any time of the day, with a clear view you can even see Corsica.
The house stands on a sunny slope with an open, unobstructed view surrounded by a well-kept garden. Villa Anna alone has a 150 sqm garden with its own gate.
You can reach the apartment through a separate, ground-level entrance. The spacious, light-flooded living room consists of a veranda-like dining area, from which you can see the sea at any time of the day through the large windows. An open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and two comfortable sofas borders the veranda. Here you can relax, read and spend the long evenings in the colder seasons.
There is a TV with international programs and a well-functioning internet connection.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sun and drink the first coffee while the rest of the family is still sleeping.
In the second bedroom you will find a pull-out bed, which can be used as a single bed as well as a double bed (180 x 200). There is also a folding bed, which can be placed in any room if desired.

In both bedrooms there are enough cupboards and chests of drawers for your personal belongings.

In the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, you will find a whole range of household appliances in addition to a stove, dishwasher and large fridge. B. a blender, kettle, citrus juicer, etc. The hobby cooks will be thrilled.

In the bathroom you will find a shower and bathtub, of course there is also a washing machine.
The house is supplied with gas heating, the heating costs are calculated according to consumption.

There is a beautiful garden for your sole use. This is equipped with sun leagues and garden furniture. In the small pavilion you will find a charcoal grill and a pizza open.
The property was rented for years by the world-famous agency "Interchalet" and only achieved the best ratings.
Villa Annarosa is the only apartment in the house. You can drive up to the house and park your car on the fenced property.
