At the bottom of the Belledonne massif (Chamrousse ski resort), unforgettable walks or hikes (Robert lake, Achard lake), next to the Uriage thermal baths (10 minutes walk), architect's house of 70 M2 renovated in 2025. 20 minutes from Grenoble. All comfort. Close to pretty shops... Very quiet private garden....
Very close and discreet owner, with 3 children 15, 10 and 5 years old, and a PACHA dog who will be your guardian angel!
You will access your private car park, via an automatic gate (1 remote control will be given to you upon arrival).
An office space on the ground floor of your accommodation is available
