We loved Crikvenica!

The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for our (too short!) visit to this part of Croatia. We loved exploring the islands and Istria and felt right at home in the neighborhood where the property is located. We especially appreciated our wonderful view, the clothes drying rack, quiet AC, a very comfortable bed and all the space available to put our things away and feel settled in. The ease of parking right in front was also a big plus.

Nicht empfehlenswert und völlig überteuert !

Die Wohnung wies folgende Mängel auf: - Duschkopf defekt, da die Halterung gebrochen war, so dass ein vernünftiges Duschen nicht möglich war. Massive Schimmelbildung an der Duschtasse ( nicht mehr schön ). Fußboden beim Eintreffen offenbar nicht gewischt ( meine Frau hatte schwarze Fußsohlen ). Ein verweilen auf dem Balkon ( top Aussicht ) war leider nicht möglich, da die Absaugung der Klimaanlage so laut war, dass man trotz aufgesetzter Kopfhörer keine Musik hören konnte. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir den Urlaub auch einen Tag vorher abgebrochen, da sich hier keine Erholung einstellen konnte. Die Dusche war - trotz sofortiger Bemängelung - auch drei Tage später nicht repariert. Ansonsten ist Crikvenica sehr schön, hat nette Strände und ist definitiv nicht überteuert ( zumindest was die Lebenshaltungskosten betrifft ).

Nette Vermieter, hochwertige Ausstattung, uns hat nur der Geschirrspüler gefehlt, absolut emfehlenswert.

Perfekte Auszeit🥰

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche (September 2019) in der Villa Marija. Das Check in verlief ebenso wie der Check Out völlig reibungslos. Einfach anrufen und es kommt sofort jemand vorbei. Bei Fragen erhält man auch per Mail sofort Hilfe. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und entspricht völlig den Erwartungen. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten und bis zum Sandstrand mit Wasserpark und Rutschen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls viele vorhanden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super schöne Fewo in herrlicher Lage

Die Fewo war sehr sauber und gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet, noch schöner als es im Internet zu sehen ist. Mit dem Empfang hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der ausreichend große Balkon bietet beidseitig eine herrliche Sicht aufs Meer und auf die Insel Krk. Zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden sind es nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß. Alles in allem ist diese Fewo optimal gelegen, es befinden sich zahlreiche schöne Restaurents und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch für Ausflüge oder Wanderungen ist die Fewo ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei wunderschönem Wetter. Wir können diese Fewo nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch wiederkommen. Gerd und Petra Bäz
