About this property

Holidays on Lake Titisee - Welcome to the apartment 'Erle'

The apartment is absolutely quiet at the end of the Erlenweg, a dead end in the most beautiful residential area of Titisee.
Only a 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool on Lake Titisee, the town center and the busy promenade with restaurants and shops.

Hiking trails start at the doorstep. Over the Mooswald track, illuminated in the evening, you have access to the huge trail network of Hinterzarten and Titisee-Neustadt.

The house is the ideal location for active vacationers, but also for the whole family.


Gallery apartment in the attic with beautiful south-west balcony. The bright living room with comfortable sofa and a dining area invite you to a cozy get-together. From there a wooden staircase leads to the gallery with a box spring bed and a small library.
Also in the master bedroom (below) there is a box spring bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities to make your job easier.
"Dachhöhle" (20 m²) with cots and underfloor heating. Here are a total of 3 - 4 sleeps more. A queen bed and a 90 x 200 m bed. However, this room consists of a pitched roof, which does not meet DIN standards.
The bathroom with shower and toilet was completely renovated, kept in white and blue.
At the end of 2017 the floors in the corridor and master bedroom were renewed,
and a new washing machine and TV set up.

Very peaceful location

Very spacious apartment in a quiet street but with very easy walking access to Lake Titisee & the shops. The apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

A great property and area

The property is very well situated in Titisee and to visit the surroundings. Pity the train to some stations wasn't available (but it wasn't too much of a problem). We alreafy knew the area and we'd gladly stay again at this property.

Ein sehr gemutlich Ferienwohnung

We enjoy this place. Everything is made to have a stay very comfortable : furniture very cosy, a great bathroom, kitchen with all we need. An underground garage to place our car . Very useful during winter time . But we had to climb 48 steps to arrive to the appartment....and with the suitcases it was, the first day, very hard.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, eine tolle Lage in wenigen Gehminuten direkt am Titisee. Es ist sogar ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dabei, nur leider konnten wir diesen nicht nutzen, da unser Auto zu hoch ist. Aber es sind auch Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus.Wir würden beim nächsten Urlaub im Schwarzwald wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Sehr ruhige Lage

Ich habe die Woche mit meinem Hund sehr genossen.Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Da sich die Wohnung im obersten Stock befindet und die Liegenschaft über keinen Lift verfügt, muss halt das ganze Gepäck durch das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung gebracht werden. Gratis Fitness;)Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

wunderschöne FeWo

die Ferienwohnung war wunderbar und ruhig gelegen am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, mit ein paar Schritten war man sowohl im Wald als auch im Ort / am See. Sie war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nix. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Mittendrin im Schwarzwald

Wir haben in der Fewo Erle eine tolle Herbsturlaubswoche verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut angeschlossen. Die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation - vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

sehr saubere und prima ausgestattete FeWo

Das war die mit Abstand sauberste FeWo, die wir jemals hatten! Ein Lob an die Reinigungskraft, da gab es kein Staubkorn oder ähnliches. Außerdem war die Küche die mit Abstand am Besten ausgestattete...ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und alle Küchenutensilien, die man so benötigt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wohnung perfekt! Lage sehr gut! Es gibt kein Lift, was es für uns, 81 und 82 Jahre alt sehr mühsam machte. Trotzdem eine schöne Ferienwoche!

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns in unserer FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr geräumig und alles war vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, kurze Wege zur Ortsmitte. Trotz wechselhaften Wetters konnten wir fast alle geplanten Unternehmungen durchführen. Die Gästekarte haben wir ausreichend nutzen können. Wir konnten sehr erholt wieder heimkehren.

Schöner Urlaub in perfekt passender Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der "Erle" sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt alles, was wir gebraucht haben in Küche und Bad. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir abends nach dem Wandern die Sonne geniessen. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell, die Waschmaschine haben wir auch genutzt. Komfortabler Tiefgaragenplatz und Einchecken per Schlüsselsafe. Die ungewöhnliche Architektur hat uns gut gefallen.Die Matratzen sind bequem und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch fußläufig zum Zentrum. Mit dem Hund ist man sofort im Wald. Wenn wieder Titisee, dann gerne in die "Erle"!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgarage

Die Lage am Waldrand bietet einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub und eine gute Startposition für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat nachmittags Sonne auf dem kleinen Balkon. Wir hätten lediglich zu bemängeln, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht ganz zu öffnen, sondern nur anzuklappen ging.

ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Sackgassenlage und dennoch zentral mit kurzen Wegen zum See und zum Bahnhof. Alles wichtige, was in einer FeWo vorhanden sein sollte war da. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, so dass das Auto auch bei Schnee und Eis geschützt steht. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Auf Emails wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Kurzfristige Anmeldung einer zusätzlichen Person war kein Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
