The light-flooded rooms and the idyllic tranquility let you forget everyday life and spend a few relaxing days in the country. Just a few minutes from Lake Ammersee and right on the edge of the forest you can go on nature hikes, go swimming or enjoy a beauty treatment in our spa next door.

Amazing stay at a quaint lake village outside of Munich

This place was super cute and way better in person than in the pictures. I felt very clean and you can tell Irma puts in a lot of time and care into the property. Everything you need is there although you will need to bring your own shampoo and body wash but that was easy enough. The house was super clean and we had everything we needed to make food for the kids. I sat out on the balcony for fresh air in the morning and we were able to do laundry as well. The beds were comfortable and there’s an organic market for groceries 5 mins down the street. We went to the lake where they have a jumping deck which was really fun and about 10 mins away and the monastery on the hill which was about 30 mins away. We also explored a cute town called Landsberg which was about 24 mins away. Everything was super central but we had to drive and parking can be a bit difficult by the lake. The stay was amazing tho and def highly recommend. The check out time is a tad early but Irma was nice when we were a little later than the original time. Would stay again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Helles und sehr geschmackvoll wie auch gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, grosses Bad und bequemes Schlafzimmer. Sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieterin. Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren/Wandern mit dem Hund ein. Utting bietet alles, was man so braucht.
