Brian and Andrea were very warm and kind hosts. Their place is very well-kept and cozy. It was just what we needed after an extended trip in the Rockies. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay, and the gracious hosts, immaculate and well-appointed rooms, and beautiful sunset and nighttime views helped make our long weekend a success.
Communication was great! Property is kept up and clean. Would definitely stay again. Hosts take every opportunity to accommodate you and make you feel at home. One of our best VRBO experiences. Thank you hosts!
The best part of staying here was watching the sunset over the Great Salt Lake. It was beautiful! The home is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Brian and his wife were very kind and easy to communicate and work with.
Brian’s VRBO is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The view from the suite looking out to the city is amazing. Amenities is quite thoughtful. 3 big bedrooms with lots of space. It’s a perfect place for family to stay with reasonable price! This is going to be my go to place whenever I’m in Salt Lacity!
We were so lucky to have found this beautiful stay as a homebase for our weekend in SLC. Andrea and Brian were impeccable hosts who provided a clean, well-appointed, and spacious property. We especially appreciated their willingness to share local hikes and the ease of checking in and out. We spent our time mostly in the city center and this property was always a quick trip to anywhere we wanted to go whether downtown or a nearby hike to start our mornings off with gorgeous views and fresh air. Cannot imagine a better option in the SLC area. Bravo Andrea and Brian!
We could not have asked for better accommodations! From the communication, to the cleanliness of our space, easy check out I highly recommend staying here. 10/10
This was beautiful, spacious and equipped down to the last detail. Hosts were great to communicate with. Although there were only 2 of us in our party, there are 3 large and beautifully furnished bedrooms as well as a “great room” combined kitchen/dining living room space. Loved the towel warmer….a luxury touch in the bathroom. Access to freeway was easy and view was impressive. Would definitely stay again.
This was a great location, in a nice quiet area of North Salt Lake City. The hosts were so kind and great at communicating, if you are looking at this area, you need to stay here.
There is so much space, it is so comfy and cozy you feel right at home there. The views were amazing. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating, very kind family. The area is magnificent especially if you have never been to a mountainous area. Just driving through the neighborhood is breathtaking especially as the sun sets. We felt very safe in this area. 10/10 recommend this property.
Very clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was great and had great communication. They made sure my grandson had some toys to play with. Absolutely recommend!!
Communication was great with the host. Everything was on point and very honest and made the whole process easy. Great location and everything was as described and clean. Would stay there again.
We felt so welcome here, communication is amazing, the property is immaculate, inside and out, and the neighborhood/views are awesome!! Very spacious, light and bright 3 bedroom! Yes, I would highly recommend this place for your next getaway.
We LOVED our “3-sisters’ vacation” stay here! The host is wonderful & so easy to work with, the view is phenomenal, & the accomodations are very clean & inviting! We used all 3 bedrooms & we all thought the beds were very comfortable! We loved the outside sitting area around the fire watching the panoramic sunsets! The whole neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, quiet, & great for walks. For our needs, we would absolutely stay here again!
This is a back house located in a beautiful residential area.
The view to the valley is spectacular. Specially the sunsets.
Air conditioner is quiet and very efficient.
We stayed four nights and everything was perfect. Host Brian gave easy to understand check in instructions and we arrived to find fresh baked cinnamon bread. The space has a private entrance, 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bathroom had plenty of fresh fluffy towels. The location was just a couple of minutes from down town Salt Lake and only about 40 minutes to Park City. I would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting any where around Salt Lake or Park City.
If you are in the SLC area and need a place to stay, this is a fantastic choice. The accommodations are very clean and very nicely decorated. The location is also very good. We were able to quickly and easily get to all the things we wanted to do - hiking, sight-seeing, restaurants, etc. And the hosts, Brian and Andrea, are super responsive. Two thumbs up!
Excellent property! Views of the city lights below. Private entrance. 3 comfortable rooms. Excellent communication from the host. They even left my kids a treat upon arrival. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. You will love this place!
We stayed here as soon as we got to the area. It was exceptional. We moved to a location closer to Mt Zion area. When we left there, we came back to this property. It was such a great place, we were looking forward to our return. The hosts are very thoughtful and provided a great environment for us. Memories made will be shared as well as recommendations for this property as THE place to stay.
We loved staying at the Private Relaxing Mountain Retreat! Brian and Andrea were very kind and accommodating. They even left us a sweet treat. Their basement apartment was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed turning on the fireplace and cozying up on the couch after a long day. We are so grateful for their hospitality. We will definitely be staying there again! Thank you again Brian and Andrea!
Our party of five women thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We saw a deer run through the backyard, The owners made our stay so nice. The view of the city down below at night is stunning. The living area, bedrooms and even bathroom were so spacious. The kitchen worked well for us. We brought a crock pot and had a yummy breakfast casserole. The hot plates and toaster oven helped with meals. We loved the finishing touches: a white-noise maker in each bedroom, extra outlets/USB ports on each nightstand, and even delicious homemade spice bread to tide one over until morning, The neighborhood is gorgeous and just 15 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City. We would definitely stay here again.
