A parking garage and a rustic pool table room are also provided. Spacious bedrooms are all on the upper level, withtwo bathroomsas well as a terrace entered from the master bedroom. The outdoor area is set up to marvel at the nature around…with a heated pool and sun loungers, tidy green lawn perfect for playtime and a charming covered seating lounge ideal for enjoying sunsets. Local restaurant and a supermarket are nearby while beaches are a 20min drive away. Welcome to your idyllic refuge, Villa Panoramic Views.With three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated.Dubravka is a quaint settlement in Dalmatia with easy access to the airport, historical landmarks and nature parks in the area.Local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery is integrated in locals’ daily lives and can be witnessed in a village Čilipi 18 kilometers away. Here a local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances. Head down to the coast for fabulous calm beaches, away from the busy tourist crowds or if looking for more action, Dubrovnik is 40min west, abundant in history, culture, shopping and culinary wonders. Wonderful villa and beautiful setting

The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The villa is only 20 minutes from the airport, yet is situated in a tranquil, hillside village, with a view of the sea. A fabulous place to get away from it all! Zrinka was very helpful and friendly. We could not recommend the villa highly enough and we look forward to returning in the future. There are plenty of towns and villages a short drive away to explore and dine out.

Awesome Views!

We have had such a wonderful stay at this spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed home. The house is so well presented with open and airy finishes, privacy and a delightful and very well maintained swimming pool. And it's an easy 40 minute drive to see Dubrovnik, along a picturesque coast road. Access at check-in was easy and simple; The property is easy to find; And it's even better than the photos show. Night time skies are brilliant for star-gazing and views down the valley too! Thanks to the owners for an awesome holiday break!

Amazing Stay

We had the best week at this amazing villa. It was 5 star! We were greeted by the owner on arrival he was very nice and showed us around the property. The villa was spotless and the view was beautiful! If we come back to Dubrovnik we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing House with a View

The house was perfect for 3 couples to have a lovely home in Croatia for a week with beautiful mountain and sunset views. There is a grocery store about 10/15 minutes away for all the meals and drinks we needed. Airport was close. The drive into Dubrovinik wasn't too bad and we made it into the city twice for the city wall walking tour and a ferry to Lokrum Island.

Sehr schöne Villa für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Sie liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Dubrovnik entfernt. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht und die Landschaft sind einfach wunderbar. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkundet und dabei einige Höhenmeter überwunden. Die herzlichen und freundlichen Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und haben viele wertvolle Tips parat. Wir machen oft Urlaub in Ferienhäusern und wir können sagen, dass der Urlaub in dieser Villa einer der besten war.

Schöne Oase zum erholen

Die Villa liegt im Ort Dubravka. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstrasse. Von der Villa aus ist die Altstadt von Dubrovnik sehr schnell und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. In der Villa sind alle Dinge vorhanden die man braucht. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das komplette Grundstück ist umgeben von einer Mauer und nicht einsehbar. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern da und fanden dies sehr gut. Mit der Grund wieso wir uns für diese Villa entschieden haben. Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Villa und der Gegend so das wir auf keinen Fall das letzte mal da waren. Wir können die Villa nur jedem ans Herz legen der es etwas ruhiger und privater mag. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
