Enough room for the entire family or multiple families. This lakefront property is approximately 4,260 square feet with plenty of room throughout. Interior amenities include a hot tub, indoor bar, bumper pool table& stand-alone pool table, arcade machine, pinball, chess table, puzzle table, multiple rooms with televisions, and free wireless internet access.

There are also many outdoor amenities, including lake front access, with advance notice a boat house for your use when bringing your own boat, an oversized lower and upper deck, outdoor kitchen (complete with a charcoal grill, gas fire table, natural gas grill, and natural gas griddle w/air fryer). You are welcome to use the kayak and paddle board, float mat, and life jackets at the property during your stay. We also have cornhole game and a large connect four games for you to enjoy.

The Decatur area offers local restaurants (Including lakefront restaurants), Devon Lakeshore amphitheater, (devonamphitheater.com), Scovill zoo, an overlook Adventure Park completes with mini-golf, batting cages, rope course, and waterpark.

We are now offering boat rentals exclusively to our guests. If you are interested in renting a boat during your stay, please inquire for further details. Please see below for more information.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

The boat house on the right with the boat are not available to use. The boat house on the left is available for your own boat with advance notice.
No diving from the diving board, dock, or boat houses (Water too shallow). Bring your own swim towels. Kayak, Paddleboard, Life jackets may be used.
No bonfires permitted. Gas fire table provided. No excessive noise after 10:00 PM. Outdoor security cameras are in use and recording.

With 8 grandchildren 7 years and younger, your property gave us room for them to be together, but still have some time apart. We love have everything in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The outdoor space is big enough for all of us to have room to eat, relax, and the kids to play.

Ken and Wendy were wonderful hosts! The house is a little wonky with upstairs/downstairs, etc but was the perfect size for our family! And we loved it! We were slightly confused with check out just because the VRBO process was a little different from the process posted in the home. So please forgive us if we didn't quite get it right. I promise, we tried! The lake was great and we were close to anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful weekend for my kids, mother, and family. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you!

Christmas on the lake

Great family getaway with good views, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, entertainment and an indoor hot tub. Clean well stocked, highly recommend.
