Bright studio of 32 m² located in Le Gosier, on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence. It has a queen size bed, a sofa bed, a terrace with panoramic views of the islet of Gosier and the neighbouring islands. Washing machine, cistern, mini-market at the foot of the building. Ideally located, a stone's throw from the beaches and amenities.
Located in the heart of Le Gosier, this studio enjoys a privileged location. In a few minutes on foot, you reach the beaches of Datcha and Anse Canot, ideal for swimming, walks or observation of the islet Gosier. The area is residential, lively and well connected, which makes it an excellent starting point to explore all of Guadeloupe.
The residence is safe, quiet and pleasant to live in. A mini-market is located at the foot of the building, very convenient for daily shopping without taking the car.
From the terrace of the studio, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the sea and the islands of the archipelago: Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, Basse-Terre and even, on a clear day, Dominica. It is a unique setting for travellers looking for comfort, practicality and natural beauty.
In order to guarantee all travellers a comfortable and respectful stay, we thank you for reading the house rules. The studio is non-smoking inside; smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Please respect this capacity to guarantee comfort and safety. The accommodation is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed.
Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed. Respect for the area is essential, especially during rest hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
An inventory of fixtures on arrival and exit is carried out. Please respect the check-in (from 5 p.m.) and check-out (until 10 a.m.) times.
Please use water and equipment responsibly (air conditioning, household appliances).

Linen will be renewed every 2 weeks in return for a laundry fee of €30/bed.
