I am sorry you did not find the floors clean during your stay, we have rented out over a dozen times and this is the first complaint we have had about cleanliness. However, I will address this with the cleaning staff. As far as the hot water, I stayed here myself three weeks ago and did not have a problem with taking hot showers. I will make sure to inspect this again to prevent this problem for future stays.
