Very close to the beach, this independent accommodation On the 1st and last floor of a detached house with a very large balcony and a terrace offers a relaxing living room with 2 sofas and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms that open onto a pretty terrace, a bathroom with shower and sink unit, toilet in an individual room. All comforts. The plus is that you are about 300 metres from the beach and near the city centre of Grau du Roi free parking in front of the house in this very quiet area all the attractive places of Grau du Roi are accessible on foot at about 1:4 of an hour! Everything to spend an excellent holiday without stress!!
