Park's Edge Retreat on the Yellowstone River

Our home sits on 20 acres of shared property with other small cabins along the Yellowstone River. 200 yards away from the Yellowstone Park boundary in the breath taking Paradise Valley. There are shared firepits, picnic tables to enjoy and you can fish on the property. Our cabin is main floor living. (2nd floor is a separate home) Relax and enjoy a slice of heaven! After your adventures, there is enough room for the whole family to sprawl out in the spacious living room with spectacular Mountain View’s. Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a private office, a large well supplied kitchen and dining room for 12 to gather, and a rec room with fooseball & shuffleboard. A private patio with grill. All in this 2900' ft home that will ensure your relaxing stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used bed sheets only. Cleaning team does comforters and blankets separately (they have a system). Please place dirty laundry in laundry room. Separate dry from wet.
You will find 2 trash locations to take your trash upon checkout. Any bags left behind will be charged $50 per bag.
If you must move furniture please return it to its place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No tents, RV parking or camping
No candles, fireworks or drones on the property or in the park
Quiet Hours 10pm-8am Must clean grill after use. Be bear aware. A fine of $50 if no clean and food left behind for animals to find

Having a place out west has been a long time family dream of ours. We are so excited to have this opportunity and want to share it with others so that other families can experience the majesty of Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding beauty of Montana. We are from Michigan and love it there! This is a family affair for us and after facing a health scare in recent years, decided life is too short and along with other family members, we decided to take a leap of faith. We are excited to host your family for your Yellowstone and Montana adventure!

Why they chose this property

Our goal is to make this home exactly what comes to mind when you think about Montana and nearby Yellowstone National Park. Fully furnished with log beds, custom stone fireplace, artwork of Yellowstone. A dining room with live edge dining table for 12. We aim to have everything you may need in the kitchen with many small appliances, a coffee station with pot and a Keurig one cup maker. A grill on the private patio. A game room with shuffle board and fooseball table.

What makes this property unique

Property is over 2900’ ft so there is plenty of room to be together, yet relax in privacy. All on one floor, this home is handicap accessible with large bathrooms. One with a walk in shower and one with a tub to soak. The zoom room is the private office incase you may need to work remotely. Office is situated away from bedrooms so working won’t wake up the family. Large dining room seats 12 and is open to the kitchen to promote everything being together. Relax by the stone fireplace in the large living room with views of the nearby mountains (Electric Peak) and don’t be surprised to wake up and see wildlife right out the large picture window!
