3br 3ba cozy & modern farmhouse w/ private pool & sundeck on a main road in the beautiful south west of PR. Conveniently located near Boqueron & the beach. La parguera & night life. Huge covered patio with an outdoor smart Tv over a small fountain, a sitting area with BBQ grill.
On the grounds are a pool house filled with Beach equipment. A18ft 4ft deep pool.. A laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Coconut & fruit trees. A carport & parking for 4 cars. Surrounded by nature and agricultural fields. A Great place to come back to after a day at the beach or exploring this side of the island. Bathrooms have instant water heaters attached to each shower. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. Common areas have cieling fans. House is furnished with living room, dining room, stocked kitchen. No dishwasher. Good wifi.

Outstanding in every category

Everything about this property is perfect, exactly as it was described. Management is easy to reach and respond. Always attentive. Herman was awesome and his dogs Pancha and Princess. We are dogs owners so my kids were in heaven with the Princess, the puppy and Pancha. My kids love animals. Herman was down to earth, friendly, kind, generous, always with a smile on his face and always available if you needed something. If I ever return to this part of the Island, I would not hesitate to stay here. Minor details were suggested and if they take them into consideration, it would make this house a perfect 10. I rate it a 9 which is not far from perfection. Thank you to owner Kenneth and father-in-law, Herman!
