Emplacement idéal à 10-15 minutes de tout (Dune du Pilat, Le Teich, Arcachon, Zoo...)Le logement est confortable et suréquipé.Lits confortables, 2 sdb, double emplacement de parking dans la résidence. Il ne manque que la climatisation.Il n'y avait qu'un seul petit ventilateur bruyant. Heureusement j'avais prévu et apporté les miens.Seul bémol, une incompréhension vis-à-vis des draps qui étaient 'fournis' sauf que la réservation a pris en compte 2 lits et non 3.... Résultat un supplément de 22 pour les draps supplémentaires...Merci aussi à la concierge Julie pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son efficacité.
