Does not have a traditional layout - the building has different flooring from 3 sides, from one side it is 2 story building, from another side -3, and four from inside. Many Georgian films were shot in this building and it is Yard - called Georgian Ezo,
The apartment itself is very cozy, spacious, with great views from the window, well equipped.
