The communal plot is about 1. 500m ². It is Z. Partly fenced and partially separated by a hedge. The individual houses on the property are without fence to the respective neighbors. For the younger guests there is a trampoline and a swing on the playground. Each house has a terrace with barbecue and a large comfortable dining table to relax. In the beach chair, especially suitable in spring and autumn, can spend relaxing hours in the sun.
