Our apartment in Malinska on the island KRK is about 1000m from the beach. The beach is easily accessible on foot (10 minutes).

Ferienwohnung Vila Luca offers self-catering accommodation with air conditioning, free WiFi and a furnished balcony. It is 1500 m (15 minutes walk) from the center of Malinska. The on-site parking is free.

Amazing place with amazing people

When we first arrived we were greeted by the family. We we're offered something to drink and the best plum cakes you could ever imagine. The apartment was modern and very clean, has all the facilities needed to have a great time and is located on a quiet part of the city, only a quick 15 minute walk to the city center and beaches. We we're only there for 3 nights, but this is a great place to stay a lot longer. Thanks for the great stay we had!

Liebe Familie Pavic! unsere Zeit in Ihrer Ferienwohnung in Malinska war einfach wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet! Besonders nett fanden wir Ihre herzliche Begrüßung mit leckerem Kuchen und Kaffee. Das war eine sehr schöne Geste, die uns sofort wie zuhause fühlen ließ. Die Insel Krk ist ist traumhaft schön

Es war alles super!!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Familie Pavic gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit Kaffee und Kuchen. Ein netter Plausch zum Nachmittag. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar alles sehr gepflegt. Zum Wasser sind es 10 min zu Fuß bergab. Malinska ist ein toller Ort mit vielen Strand/Beton. Abends ist immer irgendwo was los. Wir kommen gerne wieder es hat uns super gefallen. Bis bald Familie Pavic Lg aus Leipzig 😉

Schöne Unterkunft

Unterkunft war für den Preis angemessen. Die Familie des Eigentümers sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein großer Spiegel, außerhalb des Badezimmers wäre vielleicht noch gut und eine Decke für kühlere Sommernächte im Schrank zu haben wäre auch eine kleine Anregung.

Spazioso e ben posizionato rispetto alla spiaggia

L'appartamento è sicuramente ampio e spazioso e per una famiglia di 3-4 persone ci si vive bene. La cucina è attrezzata bene. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere e questo facilita l'aerazione serale e perciò il climatizzatore non serve nemmeno ad Agosto. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva al mare. Il parcheggio è davanti a casa. Nel complesso un buon appartamento.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir vier wurden ganz herzlich sogar um 5.00 Uhr morgens empfangen, obwohl wir eigentlich erst um 13.00 Uhr Check IN hatten. Familie Pavic ist eine ganz herzliche Familie. Wir dürften sogar Ihre Kinder und Enkelkinder kennenlernen. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Sehr sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr herzlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie ein Familienmitglied gefühlt. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub !!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!!!! Lg Sonja, Steffen und die zwei Kinder Mirco und Sina

Entspannende Ferien in familiärer Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, praktisch, komfortabel und zum wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren noch nicht oft in einer Ferienwohnung, aber besser kann man sich die Gastfreundschaft nicht vorstellen. Die Lage ist ruhig. Die nahe und weitere Umgebung bietet vieles zum erkunden, zu Fuss und per Auto. 100% zum Weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren für zwei Wochen Gast in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Pavic und haben uns dort direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen . Wenn fragen waren konnten wir immer zu Familie Pavic. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern im August 18 bei Familie Pavic. Von der ersten Sekunde an, haben wir uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Luca und Ante sind einfach super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Grosser Dank nochmal :-) Auch Malinska an sich hat uns sehr gefallen, schöne Promenade, nette Restaurants und für unsere kleinsten gab es auch einige Attraktionen. Dank Tipps von Familie Pavic haben wir verschiedene Strände/Städte der Insel gesehen (wir sind mit dem Auto täglich wo anderst hingefahren). Unterm Strich ein wirklich toller und erholsamer Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!! Meli & Edi Prokopic +Kids

Tolles Haus, sehr nette und liebe Familie! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten vom 01 07 18 bis 07 07 18 bei Fam Pavic auf der Insel Krk in Malinska gebucht! Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Kaffee und selbstgemachter Mehlspeise empfangen! Lucia u. Anton Pavic zeigten uns sofort unser Apartement das sehr sauber, modern, äußerst geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet war. Man hatte das Gefühl ein Teil der Familie zu sein! Sie waren sehr bedacht darauf, daß wir uns bei ihnen auch wirklich wohl fühlten! Wir wurden auch zum Abendessen eingeladen, wo Anton u. Lucia Kroatische Gerichte am Grill zubereiteten! Alles in allem, ein Urlaub bei Freunden! Sehr zu empfehlen! Beate und Paul aus Österreich!

Modernes Appartment mit spitzen Küche

Unser kürzer Aufenthalt in Zorans Appartment war, bis auf den selbstverschuldeten Zwischenfall mit der ausgehängten Balkontür, sehr angenehm. Am Abend des ersten Tages wollten wir die Balkontür (mit Schiebe- und Kippfunktion) schließen. Dabei verspießte sie sich leider und so könnte man sie nicht mehr weiter schließen geschweige den öffnen. Bis nächsten Tag zu Mittag könnte Zoran die Tür wieder richten. Also vorsichtig dabei! Alles in allem eine sehr nette Familie. Einziger Minus Punkt: cirka 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Super !

On arrival we received a very warm and very personal welcome from Anto and Luca, the parents of the owner. Served us with food and drinks, could not be better. The apartment was new, beautiful, well equipped, nice and clean and big enough for the four of us. Walking from the apartment to the harbour of Malinska is a pleasant walk along the beach and takes about 20 minutes. During our stay Anto and Luca were very friendly, very helpful, invited us for a BBQ and served us with plenty of food and drinks. The beautiful country, de very nice apartment and de incredible nice owners made our holiday one of the best in years. Although the location of the apartment is not exact as shown on the site, we would be very happy to stay in Vila Luce again. Thanks Zoran, Anto and Luca !
