Potential, but needs some repairs

The property is located in a very convenient spot and the manager communicated well. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The beach is only a 4 minute drive away and the Gulf State Park is close. However, there are a few issues that need to be address before I can recommend this rental. We saw several large cockroaches in the unit so we made sure all of our clothes were off the ground. Also, the condo has water damage that has made the sliding glass doors impossible to operate. The ladies in my group could not even open or close the sliding glass doors. The second bedroom lacks a drawer for clothing which forces one to live out of their luggage. There is water damage/mold on the ceilings in a few spots and the bathtub has a cracked floor. All of these issues can be fixed and, if addressed, will make the condo an attractive place to stay.
