Tower Room:
Bright, friendly apartment in the 2nd OG. with sleeping and living area and a splendid panoramic sea view, the beach, to the piers and the beach promenade. The rooms are decorated in a classic style and a reading area with sea view. Bathroom with shower / WC. completely renovated of 2007. Cable flat TV, DVD player, kitchen with dishwasher etc. ensure a high standard. To this apartment belongs a car parking space.

The Art Nouveau Villa Germania, one of the most beautiful on the beach promenade of Ahlbeck, was built in the resort architecture in the year 1900. From the balcony on the south side you can enjoy the sunshine on Usedom. The villa is located in a traffic situation. A few steps away only up to 80 meters wide, sandy beach. A bicycle garage is located on the ground floor. A few meters to the bakery, bus stop, shopping along the promenade or to the gastronomic temptations nearby.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die Ferienwohnung lag perfekt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der FeWo war ok. Leider sollte man bei der Auswahl von Kopfkissen und was dazu gehört auf Sauberkeit achten. Federkopfkissen ist ein No Go. Ansonsten wäre es auch sinnvoll zu erwähnen das die Fewo in der 4 Etage liegt.

Wer die Ostsee sehen will, hat sie im Turmzimmer zum Greifen nah!

Eigentlich ok, müsste vielleicht mal wieder etwas modernisiert werden. Aus wenig Raum viel gemacht. Prima!

Traumhaftes Ambiente mit SUPER Ausblick

Wir hatten das Turmzimmer in der Villa Germania und waren sehr zufrieden. Allein beim Frühstück den Ausblick auf's Meer vom Esstisch zu geniessen einfach Klasse. Einziger Vermutstropfen in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung war, dass kein Backofen vorhanden ist (nur Ceranplatten)

Blick und Lage sind phantastisch!

Wunderbarer Blick aus dem Turmzimmer, vollkommen zentrale Lage, gediegene Ausstattung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Aufgrund der Treppen sollte man aber gut zu Fuß sein.

Toller Blick

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick. Sie war sehr sauber. Die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet..... vielleicht etwas merkwürdig geschnitten. (wenn einer den Geschirrspüler ausräumt, ist es kompliziert für den anderen, ins Bad zu kommen). Aber ein Makel ist es nicht wirklich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
