Easy access to St. Augustine just 30 minutes north and Daytona 30 minutes south. This home sits within a mile access to I-95 to get you quickly to Orlando..Disney ( 1.5 hours south) or Jacksonville ( 1 hour north)
For family fun visit nearby Holland Memorial park or catch a movie at Epic Theatre both just a short drive from this home. You are in the heart of Palm Coast in a family friendly neighborhood with quick easy access to shopping and dining and golfing as well as the Intracoastal and the Ocean!
Now that you know where you are make yourself at home with everything you need to prepare your family meals including Keurig Duo coffee maker and complimentary coffee and teas. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances to include full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cookware to make preparing a meal a breeze. Basic oils, sugar & spices are on hand to save you an immediate trip to the store. When it's time to eat enjoy seating for 6 in the dining room or flow out to the screened in porch and sun porch to grill your evening meal!
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, smart flat panel t.v's in the Living room and bedrooms 1 & 2. Connect through complimentary Wifi and Google Smart Home is in house to help you listen to music or find nearby favorite restaurants and shopping.
When its time to retire you will find Luxe memory foam King mattress in Master and a Queen size bed in the guest room as well as sleeping for 4 in the bunk room with daybed/ trundle which are twin mattress' and the bunk has a twin up and down for the kiddos!
Comfortable bedding and extra pillows as well as Turkish towels for premium comfort in the bath- hair dryer and make up towelettes are on hand as shampoos, conditioners and body wash are provided for your convenience. The Master suite is outfitted with a shower/ tub combo and the guest bathroom has been equipped with walk in rain shower. You will also find for your convenience Washer and Dryer available for use and complimentary pods to save you an immediate need to go to the store.
Find your bliss in the expansive Private back yard with sun porch & lounge chairs with Chimnea to enjoy small fires and BBQ Gas grill for true Florida living!
Enjoy coffee in the screened in porch area or unwind and read a book- we left a few on site for you to peruse. Beach towels and beach gear on hand for your use.
We have tried to include every detail we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible! We hope you will stay with us again- recommend us and feel like you are home! Security camera ( no audio) facing driveway from guest room.

Perfect location for biking!

We left right from our front door to hit all the bike trails. It was awesome to hit the beaches and great restaurants. This city loves and maintains parks, beaches and trails!

Beautiful house, fenced in back yard for the dog at a reasonable cost. Nice neighborhood and neighbors, convenient location too. The host, Sharon, was helpful.

2 Weeks at Palm Coast

We just spent 2 weeks in this cute bungalow. Location was great for us, just 10 minutes to Flagler Beach where we spent most of our time. The owner, Sharon, was more than accommodating, outgoing and responsive. House was clean and bright, beds were soft, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Pet friendly too, we brought our cat! We would stay here again.

Owners were very accessible/responsive. Home was clean and a great location for shopping, bike trails and parks. Short drive to public beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only complaint would be the road noise, we live in a rural area and were not used to loud cars!

Fantastic get away!

I stayed a week at this property and it was amazing. I have 4 dogs, so the fenced yard was fantastic. There is a door that leads to the backyard in every room! Amazing design for pet parents! Everything was sparkling clean, the owner was easy to contact and very responsive. I will 100% stay here again. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids and she even put out water bowls and dog toys for my fur children. The kitchen is fully stocked with prep supplies, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. I can’t recommend this place enough! My son loved the barn door on the room where he stayed, that was his favorite part of the house (hahaha)!

Palm Coast. Our home away from home!

This property, and property owner, Sharon couldn't have been more wonderful! My family had traveled from Maryland to spend a week with my parents who live in Palm Coast, visiting with my brother who would be stopping by on his way to Orlando, to his new vacation home, and of course enjoying our favorite restaurants, shopping and beaching destinations!!! All of these were a hop, skip and jump from the Blarehouse! The lanai was where we gathered in the evenings, and the fenced yard was perfect for our 2 little pups! The neighbor to the left yelled at our dogs to be quiet when we were outside, but it wasn't our dogs that were barking! There are dogs living directly behind Blarehouse who you never see, but definitely hear, usually in the late afternoon or evening!! Being dog owners/lovers, the barking certainly didn't bother us, but the angry neighbor blaming our dogs, did get me upset. At one point, he peeked over the fence when everyone was sitting in the lanai and the neighbors dogs were barking! Hopefully he realized it isn't always the people renting the Blarehouse who have dogs who are guilty!! Other than that one minor incident, the neighborhood was lovely! So incredibly quiet and peaceful! There truly wasn't anything we needed during our stay! Such a beautifully remodeled home, that you can't help but settle into and get nice and cozy!! My family made amazing memories at Blarehouse, and would consider ourselves blessed if we could return again for another stay soon!! 🤗

Home away from home

We had a great week here. We loved the location. We visited many different beaches and towns. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We have 10 year old triplets and an 8 year old and they were all able to fit in one room. The beds were comfy and the house had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We absolutely loved Palm Coast and would love to come back again!
