We came to Prescott for our church men’s retreat. It was everything we expected. We stayed in the home the entire time, except for an early morning walk. It was a great time.

Christmas in Prescott

Home slept 9 people and could seat everyone for meals. Worked great for our family weekend. We were gone during the day and great to hang out with family in evening.

Fantastic House in the Woods

The house was cozy and perfect for a new years getaway. Extremely close to downtown Prescott but feels like you’re in the woods. The house had a dozen deer visit during our stay. The house was clean, exactly what the listing mentioned and was perfect for a wonderful time.

Cabin in the cooler weather

Great location with plenty of space for sleeping and lots of space in kitchen for everyone to play games and eat together. Large livingroom as well. Very clean. Both showers needed repair and the fridge is not cooling properly so i let the manager know. I own a few rentals so I know often the owners are not made aware of these issues but we has a fantastic time.

Nice house but some electrical issues in the kitchen and living room . Lights kept going off and on .

Nice home & Owner, but likely won’t rent again

The overall home and neighborhood was very nice, but the sleeping experience was subpar, and the owner was very responsive to items needing to be addressed/repaired. The only significant disappointment was the lower quality of the beds in all but the master bedroom (thinner mattresses on boards or metal bars; no box springs). We probably wouldn’t rent again unless there’s better beds that are comfortable for adults.

Granite Creek adventure.

Great time. The property management and cleaning company need help. There was multiple broken items on the property, Drinking glass, stairs nose, LV chair . The trash cans were full outside. There were no trash bags left in the house to use. The towels were limited the dryer did not work. The house sleeps 12 but has two bathrooms. We felt based on these circumstances that we were overcharged. Either way we had a great time.

Fun place to stay. Convenient to getting around Prescott. Manager is good at communicating. Bathroom sharing is the only downside.

Last Minute Success

We were able to coordinate a quick stay with our friends to enjoy the area and it was a successful trip. Close to everything but also far enough to enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning and feel removed from it all. Thanks!

Good Location

Location was very ideal if you are here to spend time near Whiskey Row. The house certainly sleeps what they advertise, but for a large group I don't think we would book again. Rooms are all great, but if you like a large common area for a group to hang out in, this wasnt great. Back patio area also a bit small for a group to hang out. Again, the place is great, and as advertised just look closely at the common areas for hangout space if that is important to you.

Perfect Home for a Basketball Team

Our High School Boys Basketball Team happened to be in town for a tournament. We wished for a house rather than staying in a hotel, creating more opportunities for bonding and enabling us to make home cooked meals. Mike's property was simply perfect. Should we ever head back to town, we will absolutely stay here again!
