Just listed and fully remodeled! 150 yards to the beach! One full bedroom and one full bath corner end unit with great privacy in a small complex! First available dates are January 28th 2022. Now booked until late April ‘22 ..Everything entirely New! One block to beach ! Direct B-line access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico !(Public beach access Is located on the same street, 82nd ave! 150 yards)Corner unit with great privacy. Private covered parking. Small Adult owned complex ... The Condo complex is quite all day/night. Only a 12 unit complex and half more than half are usually always empty. (Second homes)
The new queen sofa in the living area sleeps an additional two people if needed. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed. All new stainless appliances, quartz countertops and even includes a dishwasher. This unit is on the second floor with short flights of stairs. There is no units below or to the side (parking garage below)

You want the most famously quant and elegant beach in the Tampa Bay Area ? Sunset beach treasure island is arguably the best. The beaches here are clean and perfect. There is a couple famous grill and bars located on sunset beach for that action you maybe looking for. Florida Famous caddy’s on the beach is only a 10 minute walk away (1/2 mile) where are you can enjoy cocktails, great food and live music. Head to the point (1/2 mile the opposite way) for a stroll around the boardwalk where you can fish/ kayak/ swim and watch dolphins in the pass while you walk around the water on the boardwalk watching the beautiful sunsets on “sunset beach.”

Beautifully renovated, absolutely perfect location

This condo is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in, and the location beats everything! The owners attention to detail in his renovation was amazing: decor, USB ports everywhere, new appliances, including a garbage disposal, washer-dryer, ice maker in the freezer, dimmer switches for overhead lights, ceiling fans, a medicine cabinet to hold everything, and the biggest flat screenTV ever! He was very responsive,when we had trouble figuring out the satellite TV, he was there within an hour and spent at least a half hour getting us familiar with the controls. He also provided some extra cleaning supplies that we asked for. The neighborhood was so perfect - one half block to the beach to the west, one half block to the inter-coastal to the east, and a beautiful boardwalk that starts at the inter-coastal and runs all the way around the south end of the island to the beach. If we could have a winter home - the south end of Treasure Island would be the location of choice! We highly recommend this location - We hope to be back someday!
