Villa for weekly rental (however if you wish to travel for a shorter period of time, do not hesitate to contact us).
You will enjoy a villa with an area of 120m² on one level and an enclosed garden with automated gate.
Totally equipped to offer you maximum comfort to fully enjoy your holidays.

Location:
It is located in Sainte Anne, on the well-ventilated heights, 900m from the first shops and restaurants, 1.3km from the Caravelle beach and 2.3km from the Bourg beach.
You can also enjoy the many markets (every day and at night on Thursdays) offering many local products.
You can go to the islands and islets, easily with departures from Sainte Anne.

It is composed of:
- A kitchen open to its living room opening onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool.
- 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with shower room, a bathroom with WC and 1 toilet only.
- The 4m x 8m swimming pool with a flat bottom, with a depth of 1m35 ideal for enjoying the entire surface.
- The garden, ping-pong table, and the barbecue will allow you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends.
- An outdoor shower.
- The 4 bedrooms:
- Three bedrooms with a 140x190 bed
- A bedroom with a 90x190 bed for your children or teenagers who can be brought together in a 180x190 bed will be modular to your liking.
-All rooms are equipped with a fan + master bedroom with air conditioning.

- Wifi as well as Netflix (Free) Smart TV.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and citrus juicer,
- Pantry: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
- Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) can be provided on request.

A gardener and a swimming pool specialist will intervene once or twice per week as needed.
