The Space:

Tucked into the second floor of Building 6 in Sea Pines' South Beach Marina Village, this two-bedroom villa puts you right at the heart of one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved corners. The Salty Dog, the marina, beach access, tennis courts, and bike rentals are all within a short stroll - and the sunsets over Calibogue Sound are the kind you'll be talking about long after you've returned home.



Living space

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating that flows naturally out to the private balcony overlooking peaceful landscape views. Whether you're unwinding after a beach day or gathering before dinner, the space handles both with ease. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps six across two bedrooms and a living room. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 is fitted with two single beds. The living room offers a sofa bed for additional guests.



Kitchen & dining

The beautifully updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in - stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are included, and the dining table seats everyone comfortably for a meal at home.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the villa. The primary suite includes a spacious, updated en-suite bathroom, while a gorgeous hall bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials, and a hair dryer is available. A bathtub is also featured.



Outdoor & resort amenities

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the quiet surroundings. The villa includes resort access, giving guests use of nearby resort facilities including the pool. Outdoor furniture is provided on the balcony for relaxing outside.

Situated between the Calibogue Sound, the inlet of Braddock Cove, and South Beach Marina Village, the villa's location is one of its strongest selling points. You're just across the street from the beach, steps from the Salty Dog and its marina, and close to the South Beach Racquet Club. Sea Pines itself offers natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, biking trails, and a full calendar of activities for families and individuals alike. The villa has a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock for a seamless arrival.

* 1665 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd floor, B stairwell. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
