The holiday home for up to 7 people is integrated into a holiday home area, in the immediate vicinity of which there is a sea water indoor wave pool for bad days. It has a beautiful south-facing terrace that invites you to barbecue after a great day on the beach. The spacious terrace with garden furniture, parasol and grill invites you to relax in the North Sea air.
For our little guests there is an extra cot and high chair.

The house is privately run and therefore has a corresponding exclusive equipment. Whether flat screen TV and radio, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, everything is available!

The very spacious semi-detached house has about 75 square meters of living space, which are distributed over the ground, first floor and attic.

High chair and cot 1.40 x 0.70m are ready. And if you would like to rent a bike or e-bike, there is a service shop around the corner.

Your parking lot is in front of the house.

Leider enttäuschend

Zuerst das Positive:Wir konnten frühzeitig einchecken und die Gegend ist super schön.Die in der Beschreibung angegebene gehobene Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus fühlte sich leider nicht sehr sauber an und so als würde nicht viel Wert darauf gelegt werden, das Haus in Schuss zu halten.Leider erwartete uns nach dem Check-In die erste Ernüchterung, nachdem wir uns einen Kaffee gemacht hatten mussten wir feststellen, dass die Thermoskanne verschimmelt war und der Geschirrspüler nicht vollständig ausgeräumt wurde.Außerdem stellten wir fest, dass eine Sprosse des Treppengeländers lose war und die Stühle wackelten, eine kurzfristige Reparatur würde uns zwar angekündigt, fand aber leider nicht statt.Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit, wir würden wieder nach Hooksiel fahren, aber dann in eine andere Unterkunft.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im FH Piet sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, ist gut ausgestattet und hat unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Danke an unsere Gastgeberin. Der Ortskern von Hooksiel ist zu gut erreichbar u.total hübsch.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Jahr in Folge über Ostern dort. Es war sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich und die Gegend einfach toll um zu Ruhe zu kommen…Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

super Aufenthalt!

Insgesamt eine tolle Haushälfte, auch für 6 Erwachsene kein Problem! Oberstes Zimmer ist ebenfalls problemlos zu erreichen und reicht aus. Super Lage des Hauses und freundlicher, schneller Kontakt zu Frau Lackner! Einzig hier und da war länger kein Staubsauger mehr und die ein oder andere Spinne war somit vorhanden - aber war auch kein Problem, der vorhandene Staubsauger hat seine Arbeit getan :)

Sommerurlaub Familie Maier

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, das Freizeitangebot für Wassersport ist sehr gut, Segelschule, Bootsverleih, Surfschule, Wasserski-Lift, Badestrände mit und ohne Hunde sowie ein Meerwasserwellenbad in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet was notwendig ist, sogar ein Holzkohlegrill, Einzäunung des Grundstücks und vieles mehr. Uns hat auch der gemütliche Wohn-, Essbereich sehr gefallen. Einkaufs und Ladestationen für das E-Auto sind in der Nähe. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub an der Nordsee machen werden, werden wir gerne das Haus wieder buchen, da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Das Haus war toll für die Gruppengröße von 3 Erwachsenen,einem Teeny und einem Kind. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und konnten uns nicht beschweren. Frau Lackner war immer gut zu erreichen,, sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch.und sie hat den ein oder anderen Insidertipp parat. Wir kommen seeeehr gern wieder.

Tolles Haus, gerne wieder

Wir waren leider nur knapp eine Woche in Hooksiel. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Es hat auch alles reibungslos geklappt, sogar eine frühere Anreise war möglich. Die Lage ist gut und ziemlich Zentral gelegen und auch alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Mädels-Wochenende

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz, guter Ausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu Frau Lackner. Ruhig gelegen, die Einkaufsstraße in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gemütlich zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein wirklich entspanntes Wochenende!
