Steps from the ocean, spacious and recently remodeled home ready for your beach vacation!

Casita Del Mar has it all! Enjoy a wonderful trip to the beach while staying in the very desirable and convenient Ocean Bay Park neighborhood on Fire Island. The home is located a quick 5 minute walk from the beach, the ferry, local restaurants and a charming grocery store.
The space
From the moment you arrive, you will truly love the beachy feel of the cottage.

Kitchen:
This beautiful vacation home has a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances & hardwood floors. Lots of pots and pans, knives, microwave, dishware, utensils, french press, toaster oven, dishwasher.

Living Room:
The interior is spacious and full of light with a wonderful open concept flow. There is a Roku TV with streaming capabilities.

Dining Space:
The Dining area offers seating for up to 7.

Outdoor Space:
There is an enormous wraparound outdoor patio. Lots of seating options, a propane grill, and two outdoor showers.

Beach:
There are beach chairs/umbrellas to use.

*There is Spilt Unit ACs and Heating*

The home sleeps 10. Please note the bedroom spaces are on the smaller side.

The family dogs (weighing up to 40 pounds each) are welcome with a small nightly fee

Spent a wonderful week here with family. Accommodations were perfect for a party of 10, adults and teens. Location excellent, house was well stocked and spacious, deck was a perfect hang out spot and TWO outdoor showers were an awesome bonus. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Fire island vacation

We had a great time at the house. Very clean stylish and convenient for the family great neighborhood the kids loved it. Plenty of chairs and umbrella for the beach. Had a little trouble getting in but was the fault of VRBO website being down at the time

We had amazing stay for a long weekend this summer! The host was very easy to communicate with and also very kind and accommodating to a special need we had regarding a one year old. The house was very clean and the location was perfect. Would absolutely want to stay here again

Amazing house for family and friends vacation

We loved how big and pretty were common areas. Spacious lining room and patio with 2 showers, kitchen had so much stuff if you want to cook. The rooms are small, but it didn't bother us :)

Lovely Stay

We had a really nice time at Lily's home on Ocean Bay Park. It had everything our family of four needed to relax and enjoy the beauty of Fire Island. Close to the ferry. Close the beach (very good location). The house was clean and had everything we needed so we could pack extremely light for the week and not have to run around the island trying to source things we forgot. Lily was very communicative and helpful. I recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.

Another Great Stay

This is the third time we stayed at this beach house. It is always a beautiful week filled with comfort and relaxation. We love the easy walk in either direction- to the ocean, or to the restaurants on the bay side. Plenty of chairs for the beach, kitchen has plenty of cooking tools and the house is well stocked with clean regular towels and beach towels. Also, the central aid conditioner works great. We love sitting on the deck and seeing all the people walking on their way to the ocean. We will keep coming back!

Excellent stay !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property on Fire Island, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beautiful beach, local shops, and vibrant restaurants. It felt like everything we needed was right at our fingertips, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area without any hassle. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. BEST HOUSE EVER!!

This house was the most PERFECT house for my family for our weekend. The house had everything we needed. The perfect amount of rooms, the perfect location, the perfect decor, I can't praise this place enough. Lily is a great host, very responsive and sweet. We stayed Labor Day Weekend and she did not change the prices due to us finding it before anything was updated and that was more than appreciated by us. I hope I get the chance to stay there again! Definitely recommending this house to all my Long Island friends/family. Thank you Lily!

Perfect gem in OBP!

We had a wonderful stay at Lily's place! We were a group of 8 having a girls weekend in Ocean Bay Park and found the house perfect for our needs! There were enough beach chairs and beach towels for everyone, and the 2 outdoor showers were perfect. While there is only 1 full bathroom in the house, these outdoor showers were private enough that we all felt completely comfortable using them - if you've been to Fire Island before, this is actually very normal and most other properties have the same feature. The house itself was really well stocked, from toilet paper and paper towels, spices and cooking utensils, board games, etc. we had pretty much everything we needed for a successful weekend. Not to mention the beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well! Thanks again Lily!
