Fishermen's cottage dating from 1825 in the heart of Ploumanac'h (Perros-Guirec). Linen not included.

Located a few dozen mothers from the superb beach of Saint-Guirec and the customs path (GR 34), this small house will charm you with its proximity to the various restaurants and tourist sites of the pink granite coast.

With the castle of Costa Eres as a backdrop, the Traouïero valley a few hundred metres away, the port of Ploumanac'h 3 minutes away on foot, the archipelago of the 7 islands to close the landscape as well as the rocks with legendary shapes as far as the eye can see, lovers of nature and extraordinary landscapes will be bewitched by the charms of its location.

Equipped with a small bathroom, a romantic bedroom, a living room and a hyper-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven...), an internet connection and NETFLIX, as well as blackout shutters, everything has been designed to combine the charm of old stones and the comfort of modern life.

Très bon accueil par Mr DENIEL Christophe. très professionnel et bienveillant à notre égard afin que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Ce fut le cas. La maisonnée est agréablement proche des plages, du port, et des chemins de randonnée. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour de deux semaines.

Chouette petite maison, à proximité de tout, très bel emplacement pour faire tout à pied. Très belle région et très bon accueil avec beaucoup d'info pour les bons plans , balades, site à voir et resto, un grand merci à Christophe.

Great place, very clean, comfortable. The host was friendly, punctual, addressed all our questions and requests right away. Location can't be better. You almost see the beach when you step out onto the street and it's a 3 minute walk. In the middle of the town, so all shops, bakeries, restaurants are at your fingertips.

Petite maison idéalement située à 2 pas de la magnifique plage de Saint Guirec, des commerces et restaurants. On peut tout faire à pied (une fois qu'on a réussi à trouver une place de stationnement, ce qui n'est pas toujours facile). Accès au sentier des douaniers, ou au port en quelques pas.Contact très sympathique avec Monsieur Deniel qui s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Un grand merci.La maison en elle-même est très agréable et très bien équipée, la literie est très confortable, et tout était très propre. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle.Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.
