What was advertised is not what was on the ground and when we got the apartment no one seems to know about our booking. We eventually checked in @ 1800 and we had to struggle with just opening the door of the apaprtment. There is no pool no balcony no DSTV and barbacue as adviertised. The was a very poor experience for me if the was a minus ratings i would have used it.
