Gorgeous Caribbean paradise with 3 private bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms all luxuriously appointed and fully remodeled. Sprawling living and kitchen layout perfect for larger groups to get together and enjoy stunning ocean views with direct line of site over to White Bay in the BVI, Tortola, Hans Lollik and Mandahl Beach/Salt Pond. The villa is equipped with multiple patio areas that allow the trade-winds to blow through the property for comfortable outdoor living. Huge Pergola covering the main outdoor living space with outdoor dining table/chairs. Look directly out at the turquoise Caribbean water with multi-million dollar views through the palm trees and down at crashing waves and sailboats passing by. Grab our binoculars and view whales migrating during the winter months. Step into the pool equipped with color changing LED light and relax all day with a drink and a good book. The pool gets excellent morning sun keeping it warm throughout the day. Built in ledge allowing for sunbathing or reading/relaxing. Step up to the upper deck and enjoy the lounge chairs and let the stress melt away. House is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bags, beach towels, regular high quality towels, linens, extra pillows, soaps/shampoo's and bathroom essentials. Kitchen is fully equipped w/ everything you'd expect including small appliances ( toaster, griddle, coffee maker, keurig w/ k cups, blender) pots/pans/bowls, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, baking pans/sheets and a gourmet commercial gas range/oven. High Speed Internet/WIFI provided & SMART-TV's in each room with SLING cable service & equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. House is equipped with Solar Panels and Tesla Battery Back Up system to maintain electrical service during any outages that could occur. Book this place!!

This place is absolutely incredible! Our group has traveled quite a bit, and even visited the island before, but nothing compares to this stay. The views are truly beyond words, and the home itself was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space for both privacy and quality time with extended family. We won’t stay anywhere else in St. Thomas when we come back!

Heaven on earth

This villa was so perfect in every way that any place I stay in the future will pale in comparison. The pics DO NOT do it justice. It was phenomenal. Also, Ryan was so patient when I had to call regarding a locked door (it was my fault) and helped resolve the issue quickly and kindly. Book it now. You will not regret.

Pure Relaxation

My family of 6 travelled to Good Vibes Only with another family of 4, 6 kids in total. Our stay was amazing! The home was well stocked from kitchenware to pool/beach supplies. The view was breathtaking! Separate entrances to rooms allowed us privacy while the central spaces were great for hanging out. AC was available but we just opened the doors and let the ocean breezes cool us! Laundry was a nice bonus with two sets of washers and dryers so no one had to wait! Hosts were responsive! If you're thinking about staying in St Thomas, Good Vibes Only is a must!

Quick Getaway to PARADISE

Relaxing getaway with beautiful views

We had a great time staying at the Good Vibes Only Villa. The views were second to none and the communication between our host Ryan was top notch. We had 4 total people in our party and we enjoyed nightly views of the sun setting over the water in the lavish pool on the back deck. Bedrooms were very comfortable and everything we needed to enjoy each day was at an arms reach.

Amazing!

This property was definitely the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The home had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked and labeled kitchen as well as beach toys for the kids. Definitely a plus having two sets of laundry machines with our large family. The stunning views made it hard to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Great Loction with Great View

Beautiful home with great views, ample common spaces, while providing private bedroom accommodations. Though the house may not list a grill as an ammenity, we would have liked to have been able to grill a little bit. Not far from Redhook and Compass Point where we would be sailing.

No words can accurately describe the breathtaking views and feeling of waking up to the ocean! This home is absolutely immaculate and very well appointed! You will have all you need to have a memorable experience on the Island. Privacy is not a concern with all suites being strategically located within the villa. Will definitely return sooner than later.

A Hurricane Oasis

A group of girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend -- a weekend that ended up including Hurricane Fiona. The villa is incredible, exactly as described, and insanely gorgeous. The real treasure here, though, is Ryan, Roxy, and the angelic Mary, all of whom went well out of their way to help us when the airport closed down and we were stranded for an extra four (!) days because of the storm. Absolutely cannot recommend this dream castle and wonderful host team any more highly.

Perfect property!

This was our first trip to St. Thomas and this property was just perfect! We had a total of 8 between 2 families. The layout was perfect to accommodate us. We had privacy in the spread-out bedrooms but also had great areas to all socialize together. Everything was clean and well stocked. Communication with host was really good - emailed questions were answered within a day. They also provided really good information about the house as well as the island. Of course views were incredible!! If we come back we would 100% stay here again.

Simply stunning

After a week of sailing this was the perfect decompression stop before flying home. The location is very remote and private. The property is exactly as depicted in the photos, and the views are amazing. Sunrises with a cup of coffee and the waves crashing on the rocks below the patio were a great way to begin each day. The layout of the bedrooms provides everyone with their own space, with plenty of accommodating common areas. The kitchen is well-stocked and a pleasure in which to prepare meals. Ryan was an exemplary host; extremely responsive and highly knowledgeable. His recommendations for provisioning and transportation were spot on. Be aware that the secluded location—which we loved—means you must have a vehicle to get around if you choose to explore. We chose to spend our entire stay onsite, even canceling dinner reservations because we didn’t want to surrender the view. We used a private taxi service recommended by Ryan to get to and from the property at both ends of our stay. I’ve stayed at hosted properties around the world, and Ryan’s villa was one of my absolute favorites.

Perfect in every way!

Group of six of us rented this with high expectations from the pictures and we were blown away. The villa is stunning and located on the side of a cliff down close to the water overlooking Mandal bay and beach. Windy days at the pool the crashing of the waves on the rocks below would mist us, you are that close! The sound from the waves is relaxing as well. Open up any of the extra large patio doors and you can feel the breeze and hear the ocean below. Each room is separate and fully appointed. The beds are extra comfortable.. we were all commenting on the great quality of sleep we got all week. While the large glass doors are shut, the AC kept the room cool. The snorkel eq, beach chairs, beach towels were a great bonus and came in handy. I am an amateur chef and found everything (and more) I needed to prepare (and store) a few meals during the week. The professional range is a huge bonus and makes cooking meals in a joy. Pool was on the cool side on cloudy days but perfect when the sun is out. We had two minor issues that were resolved super quick (within the hour), I cant say enough about how friendly and responsive Ryan was through the trip. We all were upset to see the week end and are already planning our next visit next year. If you are looking at the rooms in the pics, the lower bedroom with the open balcony has a small kitchen area like the larger bedroom. It also has a closer view of the ocean Thank you Ryan and Roxy for this amazing vacation!

Absolutely spectacular views from every corner! My husband and I splurged to stay here for two nights. It would be an amazing place for a family or a few couples. Everything you need, including beach gear to take with you. So close to Magen’s Bay which is all white sand. Wish we stayed longer to explore other local beaches. But chilling at the house is just as nice! I never wanted to leave the pool. Grab a drink, listen to the crashing waves, and enjoy good vibes only! Highly recommend renting a jeep for the freedom of driving around. You won’t regret it. We come from Michigan where it’s all flat and straight and we did just fine!!

Just wow! Good Vibes Villa is so beautiful. We had the best time here-3 couples each with their own suites. The property is stunning and is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We used all of the beach chairs/floats to take to Meghan’s Bay which is close to the villa. You definitely need a car and someone with courage to drive. The roads a twisty and steep but definitely doable once you’re used to it. Don’t hesitate to stay here—hosts are responsive and kind.

The villa has the most spectactular views of anywhere you would travel. The villa was very clean and was appointed with all our needs, from dishes to bath towels and kitchen necessities. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. The views were incredible. We spent a good 15-20 mins in awe of the scenery once we arrived. We had everything we needed and the hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. The cabinets in the kitchen have labels for what’s inside and this was a huge help. That’s something you don’t think about until you’re opening everything to find a pan lol If you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is it! 1000% would stay here again.

Dream vacation villa

We just left good vibes villa and can’t say enough about this beautiful place! The views were incredible and we loved ending each day out at the porch taking in the views from the north shoreline. Each room is separate from the main living area/kitchen but very easy to access and close. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We had our groceries delivered before we arrived and the owners coordinated with them promptly for villa access. The roads are a little treacherous to drive, but we managed to just fine. We hope to stay here again one day!

This property is unlike any other and has multi-million$ views from every angle. From the living room, you'll feel like you're on your own private cruise as you have 180deg views of the water, passing boats and various surrounding islands. The kitchen is well appointed for a large group and each bedroom is exquisitely remodeled and set up for your stay. The pool & deck areas are truly stunning with panoramic views, trade-wind breezes, and lots of sunshine. Spend the day relaxing in your own oasis. We built a huge pergola for relaxing in the shade on the covered patio listening to some music or reading a good book. Lush landscaping surrounds the property and the sounds of crashing waves can be heard from every corner of the property.

This property is right on the water with excellent views from all around. We are just a few minutes from several beaches including Magens Bay which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
