A living space of over 100 m² on the ground floor (25 m² kitchen, 25 m² dining room, 60 m² double living room with foosball table) will allow you to get together and share good times.
Facing the 8M x 4M secure swimming pool (bar cover), adjoining the house, the 55m2 covered terrace in the old barn will shelter your feasts, naps or games away from the heat, the first coolness of the night or the morning dew. Petanque balls, darts, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table are also available. Upstairs, four large air-conditioned bedrooms offer 13 beds: the pink room has one 160x200 cm bed and one 120x190 cm bed; the blue room with a private shower room has one 160x200 cm bed; the orange room has one 160x200 cm bed; and the birdhouse with a private shower room has four 90x200 cm beds (which can be joined together) and two 80x200 cm beds. The pink and orange rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity. A baby cot can be added. The cottage is located in a residential area; you can enjoy the peace and quiet and are asked to respect it. The cottage is non-smoking.
