The apartment was completely modernized in 2017 and newly furnished. For this purpose, many new furniture and kitchen appliances were purchased. A private parking space belongs to your apartment.

Apartment (Non smoking), 56 m² - 86 m² expandable, quiet yet central location overlooking the Mediterranean Garden, outdoor area with dining area, 5 minute walk to the center, light rail and the Rhine island with boat docks. 2 minute walk to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and banks.

Spacious and bright 2-4 room apartment, hall, bathroom, kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher, large living room with sofa, couch, armchair, coffee table, dinette, LED-HD flat screen TV (46 inch) with Wi-Fi mode, satelite TV, Playstation 4, X-Box 360, radio, DVD player, telephone, Wi-Fi for free. Separate bedroom with double bed, 2 additional bedrooms can be booked in the same apartment. Bath with daylight, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Towels and linen included. Ironing board and iron available. The small outer corner has wooden garden furniture. Seat cushions are available. Cyclists welcome, pets on request.

We have reserved for you a free parking space.

We rent e-bikes (pedelecs) to guests.

For stays of one week, you will get two e-bikes (pedelecs) for a day.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, selbst an unser Haustier (Katze) wurde gedacht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr Zentral gelegen ist. S-Bahn nach Bonn ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Deze Fewo biedt alle comfort dat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf. De omgeving is fraai en er zijn vele mogelijkheden om je vakantie invulling te geven (fietsen, wandelen, musea, de nabijheid van Bonn etc). Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit, schätzt aber auch Ihre Privatsphäre.

Alles super - gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, bei dem man morgens auch Brötchen u.a. bekommt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften und auch zum Rhein bzw.. zur Insel Grafenwerth sind es nur Minuten. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und besonders toll fanden wir den eigenen reservierten Parkplatz. An Technik (Netflix, Playstation u.a.) ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben ein Zimmer zugebucht, dies war auch sehr schön und auch das 2. WC wussten wir zu schätzen. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir netten Mailkontakt, da sie sich gerade selber im Urlaub befanden. Trotzdem war alles perfekt organisiert. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Great place in Bad Honnef

Great apartment with everything we needed. Nicely decorated inside with a beautiful view into the owner's pretty garden. Friendly, helpful owner who even specially provided us a new cot for our 1-year-old. Fantastic location with supermarket at the end of the garden and several good restaurant/takeaway options in the small town centre and a manageable drive for day-trips big attractions in the region (e.g. Phantasialand, Aqualand)

Grandioser Garten, schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, sauber, nette Vermieter

Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Palmen und Olivenbäume haben wir in Deutschland noch nicht erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, hochwertig eingerichtet und mit allem was wir benötigten ausgestattet. Wir haben eine saubere Wohnung angetroffen und nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Schön fanden wir, dass wir eine Karte von Bad Honnef bekommen haben und jede Menge aktuelle Informationen in der Wohnung vorfanden, was es alles in Bad Honnef und Umgebung zu unternehmen gibt. Vorbildlich.

Lovely apartment in a lovely town

Joachim made the check-in process very easy and was very responsive. He accommodated a special request, and gave us information about events in the local area. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well-decorated. It was a few minutes' walk away from the supermarket. I'd recommend staying there!

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben ein schöne Zeit in einer tollen Wohnung in gerade zu perfekter Lage verbracht. Kurze Wege in die Fußgängerzone und Marktplatz mit einem guten gastronomischen Angebot, dazu der Rhein sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkerhr. Wir nutzten zusätzlich gerne die Fähre, für Ausflüge auf der anderen Rheinseite. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten, der wunderschöne Garten und die zuvorkommenden Vermieter, runden den Aufenhalt ab. Klare Empfehlung für Gäste die eine komfortable und geräumige Ferienwohnung erwarten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gut eingerichtet, liegt sehr zentral zum Rhein, Fußgängerzone und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es war sauber, der Vermieter nett und wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Empfehlenswert.

Diesmal waren wir mit mehr Personen wieder hier und haben gleich beide Wohnungen gemietet. Diese Wohnung ist sauber, sehr komfortabel und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine klare Empfehlung. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Das war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im schönen Bad Honnef.

Erneut waren wir wieder zu Gast in dieser ansprechenden Ferienwohnung. Uns freut es einfach dort zu sein. Nette Gastgeber, eine perfekte Wohnung in guter Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, nette Cafes und Restaurants und ein traumhafter Garten. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist total schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Matratze ist sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine. Es gab Reinigungsmittel, einen Staubsauger etc. um mal etwas sauber zu machen. Das Bad ist hell gefliest und die Handtücher sind sehr flauschig und weich. Kurzum ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kann es allen empfehlen die hier in Bad Honnef Urlaub machen oder wie ich aus der eigenen Wohnung wegen Sanierung raus mussten. Herr Sand ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen auftreten.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub bei der Familie Weindl. Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich mit offenen Armem willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich viel schöner als beschrieben mit einer perfekten Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick in den Garten ist wunderschön. Und die Lage ideal für Urlauber ohne Auto, selbst mit Auto ist die Lage ideal. Es ist alles in der Nähe und schnell zu erreichen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Auch wir waren weider hier.

Wir nutzten diese schöne Ferienwohnung nun zum zweiten Mal. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Nette Vermieter und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Alles Notwendige (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Rhein, Lebensmittel) fussläufig zu erreichen. Einfach gut.

Es handelt sich um eine perfekte Ferienwohnung zum verlieben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr durchdacht und sauber. Nette Vermieter, schöne Umgebung, keine Abstimmung der Anreisezeit durch Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe. Eigener reservierter Parkplatz vorhanden. Besser geht es nicht.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern

Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, das gilt für Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer als auch das Bad. Auch die Einbauküche bietet guten Platz zum Kochen und ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht. Für längere Aufenthalte ist insbesondere die Waschmaschine und Trockner eine große Erleichterung. Man fühlt sich wohl, es ist sauber und gemütlich, wer eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Bad Honnef sucht, dem kann ich dieses Domizil nur Empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.
