At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.



Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of restaurants and bars that can not be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can not go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.

There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hollywood beach.

- From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St ).
