Boasting a private patio overlooking the shared pool, this spacious two-bedroom is nestled among native foliage and offers breathtaking views of Playa Hermosa from the complex. Surrounded by tropical forest, you’ll wake up to the sound of toucans and scarlet macaws. A private walking trail on the mountain-side jungle property leads you through a canopy of chicle, ficus tree, and tropical flora and fauna - expect to meet monkeys, poison dart frogs, coatimundis, and other friends along the way.

The grand interior features a generous, open floor plan, teeming with high-end touches and modern elegance. The island kitchen features beautiful countertops and comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a commercial-grade fridge, and utensils. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for four. Lounge on the private patio with direct, wade-in access to the pool. When you work up an appetite, fire up the grill for a poolside barbecue. After each sun-soaked day, relax in the living room while listening to music on the stereo or catching up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms.

Awesome location with short walk to Playa Hermosa beach. This is a hidden gem with incredible waves and miles with very few people. From the condo you can walk to many restaurants, a handy 24 hour mini mart, pharmacy, and you’re only 5 minutes to Jaco for groceries, shopping, surfing and more great restaurants. The condo was modern, spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The pool was warm and well looked after, and steps outside our door. What stood out and really made our stay memorable was the staff and owner, attending to our every need. This team is amazing. Uriel keeps the condo exterior neat and tidy, and is a very warm hearted person. How lucky they are to have him. Lester arranged for multiple trips to the airport and we are grateful for him and the condo owners for their incredible support. We can’t say enough about this condo and team and would highly recommend this accommodation in this area.

Newly renovated gem.

Condo without a view but this place is incredible. I’d like to bring this architect and builder to TX and renovate my home. Everything from granite counters, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, and ceiling detail are top of the line.
