No matter the season, this two-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring the natural splendor and vibrant communities throughout the Wasatch Range. Sporting a split-level design, this spacious condo boasts recent updates and modern essentials, including wireless internet, central AC, and a private washer/dryer. The ground floor level features an open kitchen, living, and dining area with slider door access leading to a paved patio overlooking the mountains. A private gas grill makes this an ideal setting for a backyard barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy home cooking and cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for four, with an additional two seats available at the breakfast bar. After a day of adventures, unwind in the living room and choose from one of the Blu-ray titles or a classic board game for some casual entertainment before bed. Home is next to the Swaner Preserve, grocery stores and biking and hiking pathways.

Enjoyed our stay
We were there to see our daughter compete in skeleton at the Olympic track, so the location was very convenient. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close, as well. The condo was very comfortable (except for the sofa bed) and we really enjoyed our time there. Appreciated the movies and games provided and the kitchen had all that we needed.

Good Location, Great View, But Lacking Some Key Features
Really nice neighborhood filled with mostly second homes or rentals. Very quiet and close to restaurants and shops and a quick drive to the ski resorts. The home itself is quite comfortable with a lovely view and corner location that gets lots of sun and is right on the walking/skiing path. It has a nice sized kitchen with basic spices, includes laundry, and the garage is a really nice added feature (but will not fit anything large than a small SUV). The unit was really clean, although you might want to bring your own toilet paper and kleenex because it is so thin. I would not recommend this condo for more than 2 couples and know that one of the bedrooms only has a queen. But...the beds are terribly uncomfortable (really old) and the TV in the master bedroom is not usable unless you want to crane your neck all of the way to the left. Lots of space is lost in the living room by having a small saggy couch and a giant foot rest. Maybe consider a sectional couch? There are 'rules' on the wall that require you clear any snow that comes in and take trash to a location in the neighborhood (even though you pay $400 in cleaning and service fees). Lighting is an odd combination of LED and incandescent bulbs, even in the same fixtures, and is lacking in key locations (such as over the dining table). If you need to communicate with a 'manager' know that you are calling into a call center for a large agency that is not VRBO and doesn't know you or the unit you are staying in. All of this said, I would come back to this reasonably priced unit and/or neighborhood due to location alone.

Almost perfect!
We liked everything about the condo on our first time there and weren’t disappointed this time except for the TV reception. The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately the Direct TV is a very poor picture and made watching our favorite football games impossible.
