Amazing View! Luxury Beachfront Get Away. 3 BR/2 BA 1st Floor Unit on the beach!

The BEACH is ALWAYS OPEN in Perdido Key......come relax and put your toes in the sand!

NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 2nd) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. Message us with any questions.

Parking: Parking is free for 1 vehicle for which a guest parking pass is provided for the days rented. Additional parking is available across the road by Key Concepts Reality on a first come first serve basis for $20-40 per day (cash or check only) depending on the time of year. The number for Key Concepts is 850-492-5462.

Our little piece of paradise is the ultimate relaxing beachfront condo located DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is a recently updated 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1344 sq ft condo that sleeps up to 8 people. The living room highlights a 16-foot glass door/window that opens up to a ground floor patio with spectacular beach access and ocean views. It is perfect for watching the sun rise and set or catching the Blue Angles flying over the beach.

This Ocean Breeze East condo has recently been painted, new LVP installed in the bedrooms, new living room furniture, new mattresses and all new stainless appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach.

High speed internet WiFI, cable TV, and an oversized Samsung washer and dryer are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own.

The condo has a pool that is just steps away from the ground floor patio. You can sit and relax on the patio while the kids play in the heated pool.

Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and Winn Dixie. Walmat and Target are 6 miles away. It is also within walking distance to several unique shops and several local restaurants.

Pensacola International Airport is just 21 miles and 30 minutes from our condo. PNS Airport has daily non-stop flights to most major cities making this an easy get away. Our condo and property is 100% NON-SMOKING. Please reach out to us with any questions. There is a $1000 fine for anyone found smoking in addition to any damages (cost to remove smell of smoke).

Please return all dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items to their proper places. This helps our cleaning team focus on thoroughly cleaning the condo rather than reorganizing the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 1 parking space is available due to parking limitations. Other parking options may be available.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was phenomenal and September has to be the best time to go to the beach! Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing this gem of a property with us! The first floor made it super easy with a toddler! The condo was well stocked and very clean! Upon arrival we quickly realized how clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated it was in the condo. The patio was no exception either with well crafted furniture and a deck box full of toys. If you want to just pack some clothes and head to the beach, come here! You don’t need to bring a thing, they have thought of everything you need for a wonderful stay! 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location on Perdido Key is perfect, quieter than other areas but plenty to do close by. Great Quiet Beach Condo! Easy Beach access, end of the beach with easy beach chair setup, not a lot of people! Condo was super cute. Comfy beds! Lots of cooking essentials, dishes, Tupperware, and utensils. Some spices available! Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were super convenient, along with all the beach toys! Super impressed with everything! Only thing I would suggest bringing would be toilet paper. There was only 1 roll in each bathroom, no biggie we had to go to store anyways so grabbed some when we went! Highly recommend and would return!

We always dreamed of owning a condo on the beach in Perdido Key. After visiting Perdido Key for over 20 years we finally bought our own place......now our little piece of heaven. We love Perdido Key and the family friendly place it remains while other local beaches continue to become more commercial. Perdido Key is the lost key that offers a laid back atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beach! We love the beach and travel often around the world on scuba trip adventures!

Why they chose this property

We made our condo very comfortable so you too can enjoy a week at the beach with all the comforts of home. We have replaced all the mattresses, appliances and living room furniture in January 2022. The addition of chaise loungers on the patio give you a place to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean or watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we have also included 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for your comfort! Now it's time to come, sit back and relax on Perdido Key!

What makes this property unique

Perdido Key has two world class golf courses (Perdido Bay was a PGA event course) and many more within minutes. Fishing can be enjoyed in a variety of ways from fishing right out the back patio by walking a few steps down to the beach to deep sea charters, fishing in Perdido Bay, on the Perdido River or fishing in the surf. There are numerous local restaurants with fresh seafood or you can go to Joe Pattis and buy your own fresh seafood to cook yourself.
