Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size new appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. There is a King bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd Br also has 2 Queen beds, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room with sleeping up to 12.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was very clean and we loved the location! We had to rent a recliner for a handicapped family member and the property agent was great. She met the company at the condo to assist in delivery and pick-up. Highly recommend!

So spacious! Loved the layout and space. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc. No salt or pepper (so be sure to bring your own or buy). Only complaint would be that mattresses are not in good shape. Definitely need replacing. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and our stay! Would book again!

Great space for a large group!

We had 3 families stay for the week, it was a great space! The property is beautiful, the beach and pools are awesome! We had movie nights and made good use of the full kitchen! We would come stay again!Remember to bring hand soap (they provide a cleansing bar) and salt and pepper we had to make a run to the store to grab those items. There are not many hand towels and shower towels, so remember laundry soap as you will need to wash those because there are not extras. Other than those minor issues the place was great!

Pure Enjoyment

The room was just as good in person as it was online. Security did a great job to make sure only people staying at Phoenix West. We’re allowed to walk around. Centrally located for all our needs. Had such a great time. We’re booking it for next year special thanks to the staff for doing such a great job of keeping everything clean.

Sea and Sand Get-a-Way

Arrival and check-in were easy. The condo was clean. It is well maintained and on trend with decor. The overall property is well maintained with cleaning staff being seen daily in common areas. The large TVs in the unit made it easy for family movie night. The kitchen is well stocked for family cooking. The balcony is a very well used space with the furniture placement.

We have stayed in this building before but not this unit. Our stay was acceptable but nothing exceptional. The floors were not as clean as we prefer (our feet were black after a couple of hours upon arrival). We had one towel for the kitchen and a towel per person for showering (which is bare minimum). Construction was taking place on the building which was not disclosed and we had men up and down on scaffolding about 4 times a day peering directly into our balcony. A portion of the pool deck was closed due to the construction which also was never mentioned in the listing. We understand seasonal maintenance but we would have preferred it being disclosed. Lastly, several nights (in the late / early hours) it sounded like furniture or construction was taking place above us. Both nights when we decided to call or complain it stopped so we didn’t proceed. The unit was as described. We enjoyed our trip but it was just acceptable, not exception. We love OB and have been going same timeframe for the past 8 years.

The condo was beautifully decorated with stunning beach views. Just as pictured on the site. Check-in was a breeze. We were even able to purchase an extra parking pass which was very convenient. Definitely would stay there again.

We had plenty of space to hang out and be together! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in at a condo. I brought things with us that I thought we might need because we cooked all our meals and didn’t need the crockpot or big pots that I brought! The only thing missing was hot pads to take things in and out of the oven! The views each morning and evening were amazing from the balcony and the beach, outdoor and indoor pool gave everyone something to do! We would definitely stay here again!

We went for Spring break but really couldn’t get in and enjoy it. The outside temp was nice - around 73, but the lazy river was too cold. We also couldn’t sit in the living room at all. The furniture had a bad musky odor and you couldn’t sit on it it was so gross.

Beautiful Condo, Horrible Service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked, just make sure you bring extra bath towels if you have more than 8 people. The parking was terrible and I had to park outside one night, there were no spaces left in the parking garage. I was told to park in a lane outside by the front desk staff, which I did and about 2 hours later at midnight security came knocking on my door and asked me to move my car. When I told him that the front desk asked me to park there, he said "well, I don't know what to tell you, you can't park there". I went down to move my car and they literally had me move it 10 feet back, after waking up my whole family. I had several problems with the front desk staff because "they don't manage that condo" and they were less than helpful! I have never had any problems with Brett Robinson Condos, however this put a very bad taste in my mouth for them. My family and I vacation in Gulf Shores every summer and this will more than likely will be looking at other rentals next year. I emailed the rental company, Phoenix Rentals, about my problems and never heard back from them at all! I was not happy at all with the service this year down there. I also rented beach chairs for our stay there from Ike's and was told "I wouldn't talk to her right now, she will get mad" when I asked about renting, they were very unfriendly on the day I rented them.

GIRLS GETAWAY

What a blessed time staying in such a beautiful piece of property overlooking the gorgeous white sand and beautiful waves! We had SO MUCH SPACE!! The bathrooms were far beyond our expectations and we had plenty of room for 10 women to get ready to go out to eat! We had an issue with a blanket for the bed and the property manager was so quick to respond and brought us a new blanket right away!! The Phoenix West did not dissapoint! Lazy River was awesome too!! Can’t wait for next year!

We have stayed at the property before without incident. The condo was not cleaned properly. There were items left behind from previous tenants. One of the beds looked like it had been slept in. There was a broken lamp left sitting on the bar. No pot holders to get things out of the oven. We were disappointed in the security of the establishment allowing intoxicated people to gather and stand in the lazy river and cause interference with the flow of people. They also allowed these people to stand there using horrible obscenities around the abundance of children at the slide and in the lazy river. This is a family oriented place and that was very disappointing to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was beautiful and spacious. The main issue I had was the kitchen. There was not one big pot in the kitchen...nothing to cook a spaghetti sauce or boil pasta in. There were no oven mitts to handle hot pans with...zero. And there was only one small kitchen towel. We cooked often and these were issues for our family. We discovered that the washing machine was not working and the rental company handled that quickly. They replaced it within two days.
