Amazing getaway!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location of the property is perfect! We were treated so well from the moment we arrived and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. It was an overall fantastic experience and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you!!

There was lot of confusion between staff related to the fact that this was a privately owned unit and NOT the hotel. Staff was generally friendly but limited by the confusion. Unit was generally OK, but definitely not hotel equivalent for the cost

i got a room at the W Hotel according to the Expedia listing, but when we checked in we were told it was a "private residence" in the W Hotel and we could not order room service and we were essentially not really staying at the hotel. I feel this was a misrepresentation in the listing, as I did a search for hotels, this listing literally said "W Hotel" and then i got there and was not treated like a hotel guest at all. It was basically an Air B&B which is not what I wanted at all. I paid a lot of money to stay in a hotel and essentially I was renting someone's apartment. Very disappointed and will not be visiting the W Hotel in the future.
