You might be surprised to spot a few sheep peacefully grazing on the neighbouring property, adding to the authenticity of the setting. The house is located behind the owners’ home: a bright 26 m² living area with a kitchenette and a combined living/dining area; from there, you go up one flight of stairs to access the two bedrooms (2 beds measuring 90x190, 1 bed measuring 160), a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a storage area with cleaning supplies and a central vacuum system. No heating system. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi access. 250 m² terrace with patio furniture, private pool (4.5 x 10 cm, depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.10 m) secured by a cover, patio furniture, lounge chairs, 25 m² covered area in front of the pool, and an outdoor shower.
