Beautiful custom built home with large windows overlooking the Savannah River from all three levels. Multiple outdoor decks/porches provide a variety of ways to view amazing sunsets each night.
Large eat-in custom kitchen with granite counter tops opens to the top deck. Formal dining room is located in the front of the house. The kitchen table has seating for 4-6 plus a large island with 3 bar stools. The dinning room has seating for 6. This home also includes a full basement with 75-inch smart TV, ping pong, foosball, and dart board. Top deck overlooks the river with a picnic table, 2 chaise lounges and 4- rocking chairs. Mid level deck boasts a fire table with 4 cushioned chairs . Lower deck has cushioned conversation couch. Quiet private neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and easy access to walking trail (North Augusta Greeneway) and Augusta National Golf Course.

Great Home for the Masters!

Kim was a terrific host - she communicated really well before, during and after our stay. The house was perfect for our group of four and could have accommodated more. 20 minutes from ANGC. Everything was clean and ready to go - she even noticed the grill was not working right and replaced it before our arrival - wow! We ended up cooking in every night and the kitchen set up was excellent. A beautiful view of the river from the deck was an unexpected surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have lived here for 10 years we have 2 children who are mostly grown now and we are active in the local community with tennis, golf, water skiing and live music. There is much to see and do here (but we know you are here for the Masters Tournament).

Why they chose this property

It is surrounded by beauty. We kept the interior open and brought the outside in with large glass doors and windows. You will love the sunsets they are lovely.
