Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SEPTIC: NO feminine products, wipes, or foreign objects down the toilet or food waste down the sink disposal. It will fail, stink and back up on you.
PATIO FURNITURE: If you move it put it back. Secure the cushions from the wind and put them away before leaving, please.
POOL: Message when you are ready for the Pool Code to acknowledge Rules. Stay off the cover and close at night. No diving, glass, or food. BE SAFE

Comfortable vacation!

Family vacation to relax-we did just that! The kitchen had everything we needed and more; the beds were so comfy, the showers had great water pressure. The pool was amazing!! This house was comfortable and relaxing to be in. We kind of felt like we were home just with a pool, extra bathrooms and hot weather. The owners were responsive and super helpful.

Very nice, clean and welcoming home! Peaceful neighborhood. Favorite part of the stay... watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool. Then seeing dozens and dozens of quail scurring across the lawn next to pool at eye level to perch in their tree for the night. 10/10. We will definitely be back and can't wait to share this new gem getaway find, with family and friends

Memorial weekend

We had a great time! Beautiful home, lots of amenities, pre stocked games/puzzles, pool toys etc. Everything worked well and it was very easy to communicate with hosts. We loved staying right on the course. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to our next stay.

First family summer house

We (me,my girlfriend,my 2 kids and her 2 kids) Loved the house and the pool. Everything about it was great. Big master bedrooms and all the things we needed to cook and play. We will definitely be back.

Great pool.

Good property. Pool is nice. Owners/hosts are very friendly and responsive. Our biggest problem/issue was we hadn't gotten basic information such as wifi password, pool instructions etc before we arrived. Where the property is located there is little to no cell phone reception. We had no way to call, email or contact the owner to get the wifi password or basis instructions about the house. Luckily the pool cleaner showed up and he had the Owners number. I had to go driving for some distance before my work phone picked up some service. The wifi router was also disconnected so we had to figure this out as well. We don't know this area. Wish we were informed we wouldn't have cell phone coverage and should have been provided all this information at the property or well before our arrival. Luckily we atleast had the entry code.

Unfortunately, we've seen many guests arrive unprepared and have no signal to access their email so we encourage printing the check-in instructions to "know before you go". Desert Aire is a remote location much appreciated for its solitude for those looking to get away from the hustle of the city to just relax in the pool or play golf. Certainly having the wifi information ready would have prevented your frustrations. Luckily your entry code was the last 4 digits of your phone # and easy for you to remember. Thank you for your visit!!

Unfortunately we get bad guests. For all those seeing broken hot tub clips we are aware from this stay. The 1 star review is really unfair due to their enjoyment for a week with no complaints. Please see other happy guest reviews. Thank you.
