Cozy and warm Cottage boarding the Kaibab National forest. Over and acre of property with beautiful views, fire pit, and a wood burning stove. Cozy furnishings and updated rustic feel. Lots of hiking and exploring to be had. 15 minutes form Flagstaff or the historic Williams, AZ. You can ride the train to the Grand Canyon from Williams , or enjoy your favorite winter sports at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff. So many activities!

Peaceful getaway

From the moment we arrive Kymberly was responsive and friendly. The home was decorated so cute and had everything you could ask for. There was snacks and treats left out, a whole guest boom that answered all of our questions and even had plenty of games and movies for the kids. We will definitely be coming back to stay soon!

Clean and relaxing!

We really enjoyed this home. It was a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. It's in a quiet country location. My little guy enjoyed exploring in the yard. So grateful to find a good spot for all 7 of us!

Wonderful for an Arizona nature experience

Kymberly communicates very well and has clear instructions on how to access the home. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The fireplace makes for a great cozy evening after hiking the trails of the grand canyon or visiting Sedona. The kitchen is well stocked and the safeway in Williams is not far at all. The bedding in all 3 rooms was cozy and bathrooms have nice comfy towels.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was nice and cozy. Plenty of movies for us to watch. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and using the sleds. The fireplace was awesome and kept us all warm! Can’t wait to go back in the summer!
