We have created a home that meets our own high expectations for amenities, cleanliness, and comfort for you and your family.
Relax in style in this newer single-family home that boasts new luxury, functional furnishings made for gathering family and friends. Sleep in comfort in bedroom ones’ king size bed, bedroom twos’ queen size bed and bedroom threes’ twin over full bunk bed - all have top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding. There is also a queen size quick fill air mattress if needed to easily sleep 9 as well as a playpen for baby.
There is a parking space in front of the home and the two car garage is accessed behind the home.
The fully equipped kitchen which opens to the living room is the heart of this home and perfect for entertaining. There is a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We provide coffee for the drip pot but, bring your own pods for the Keurig. Just off the kitchen is a cozy patio perfect for grilling and chilling. The home has 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, Q-tips, curling iron and more.
A washer and dryer along with detergent and softener is also available for your convenience.
This is a DOG friendly home with a fenced in small yard / patio area and a dog bed downstairs as well as up. We do ask that you do not allow your dog on the furniture. (sorry, no cats)
High speed wifi internet and two 65” HD smart TV’s that stream Direct TV located in the living room and in bedroom one. Just ask Alexa to play your favorite music or answer most all your questions in the living room. There is also “low tech” fun with Scrabble, Monopoly, Checkers, UNO, books, cards and puzzles.
The home is located less than 1 mile to BSU, less than ½ mile to the greenbelt, the Boise River and the best coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more! 1.5 miles to downtown, 16 miles to Bogus Basin Skiing. The BSU stadium and Extra Mile Arena is a close walk away for games, concerts and tailgating. Less than a ½ mile from the Albertson’s headquarters and close to Micron and Simplot and other Boise based businesses as well.

Great Boise State Graduation Stay!

Highly recommend this cozy, clean and comfy home!! We flew into Boise with Family and stayed here for a few days before and after our son's Graduation from BSU! It was so nice to be all together instead of scattered and separated in a hotel and have the comforts of a real home!

Great place that allows a family dog to stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our family of five visiting family in Boise. Very nice and clean house. A bonus was that our dog was able to stay with us.

College drop off

This home was a perfect location to spend 3-4 days with my son before leaving him at BSU. The home is close to the college, had a garage we could drive right in with a car full of stuff, was clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We live in Southern California but, a large part of our heart is in Boise. We have 3 living children and 1 dog named Koda. We enjoy traveling, sports, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This home is close to all the fun available in Boise! less than a mile to BSU, less than 1/4 mile to the greenbelt and Boise River, super close to down town, parks, zoo, museums, Bogus Basin Skiing, hiking and the best grocery stores, restaurants, bars and entertainment.
Coming in for a Bronco's game, graduation, concert or BSU visit? Don't worry about driving, the stadium and the school is a short 10 minute walk away!
The house itself is clean and sanitized, cozy. Has new functional furnishings with new comfortable beds (top of the line mattresses) and bedding. Not dirty old thrift store finds. There is something for everyone in your party here and a place for everyone to enjoy their stay.
Our family loves to watch movies together and play games. The new, very comfortable sectional couch and 65" smart TV allows us to do that. You have all our favorite low tech games to play as well. We love to sit at the counter height dining table with 7 barstools so the whole family can play.
We also love to cook and entertain so, you have everything you need to create a delicious, multi-course meal and all the dishes to serve it in or, just use the microwave to zap frozen dinners. Either way, it's there for you.
We consider you to be a guest in our home and so, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, toilet paper, towels, hair dryers, curling iron, beach towels, detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, paper towels, napkins, some spices and coffee. We actually stayed at a vacation rental in Dallas once that did not even include toilet paper! can you imagine? 3 bathrooms and not one square of TP!
Anyway, through the years, we have stayed in several vacation rentals where we have been disappointed. Places where the home was not close to what was advertised. We have also stayed in some awesome ones that exceeded our expectations. We vow to deliver what we say we will. This is truly our second home and our goal is to over deliver what feels like a second home to you.
