Location was great. Nice heated pool was a bonus. Walking distance to the to shops and pier. There is an tiki bar on the beach within a five minute walk. Ocean is a block away, intercoastal is one block away. Had one minor issue with the WiFi within couple minutes the host called back and problem was resolved.Would we stay here again? YES most definitely.

I couldn't have gotten a better place. Everything was perfect! Beach just a couple min away. Restaurants and shopping also walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone.

Love it!

The place was nice, clean, and cozy. The owner was very nice and fixed any issue that arose immediately. There was easy pool access. The beach was a block away.

Summer 2024

It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything described in the intro page was exactly as described Karen was outstanding in responding to several issues that occurred. We only wish that the village of pompano would invest in restaurant and small convenience stores in this area. Other than that Karen thank you for sharing your home with us.

Pompano Beach 2023

We absolutely loved our stay at Floranada, Unit 7. Location was perfect; not far from the airport, 1 block from the beach, and minutes from restaurants. Floranada is a quiet resort with a very nice pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Just a very short walk to the beach. The beach entrance has public restrooms which comes in handy when spending the day on the beach. Very nice beach area. Lots of Kite surfers to entertain you. Our hostess Karen was great! No problem communicating with her. Her unit was very nice and clean. She had a wagon loaded with beach supplies for us to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels). We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

The host was responsive, polite, and friendly. The room was as expected—dated but affordable. The pull-out couch was tricky and the mattress very thin and uncomfortable. The bedroom mattress was one of the firmest I've ever slept on. We chose this room for location over luxury. We did find a cockroach in the kitchen, and we couldn’t get Netflix/Disney to work on the TVs with our own accounts. However, the wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas was a great feature.As for the condo property, there were a few issues. Not all pool gate locks worked, which is a safety concern for small children. The pool had a lot of debris during our 6-day stay. Three of the five shuffleboard cues were broken. One resident (an older lady) was very rude—she complained when I jumped into the pool (I did a cannonball while playing with my kids) and also on another day when my kids were laughing and playing in the shallow end. My kids were not being disrespectful, so I ignored her.I realize my review seems negative despite giving it 5 stars. The room was exactly what I expected—an older Florida condo, not a 4-star hotel. The price and location were great. I’m not deducting stars for the condo complex issues since they are beyond the host’s control.

Great stay and location !!!!!!!!

Great location and just a few steps to the beach. When we return to this area we will stay here with out any doubt at all. The room and pool was very quit (if we wanted) with plenty of sun and swim time and then just a couple of minutes walk to a beautiful beach to enjoy with activity's to do just the same. Restaurants in walking distance with great food as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we will return in the near future. Don't pass up this location at all !!!!!!

Location, location, location

This is our second time staying at this property. Previously we stayed in a different unit. It is 1.5 blocks from the beach. It is also located in a more residential neighborhood so it is a very quiet area. The unit is set up very nicely for 2 people and for a couple of kids if desired. The pool is always clean and the area around it is well kept. We love the beach and like the relaxing feel of this unit. We would highly recommend staying here.
