Oceanfront Corner Three Bedroom Unit - Crescent Sands L5

The king master bedroom and living room are located on the oceanfront and have access to the oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals (if you plan to cook on vacation). Having three bedrooms allows your family to spread out and enjoy a restful vacation. All three bedrooms have private entry to the a bathroom with the queen bath sharing a hall entry. All bedrooms and living area have TV's and wifi is available.

The property has two walk areas to the beach, an oceanfront outdoor pool, grills, picnic tables, bathroom downstairs for Crescent Sands guest, parking on site and overflow across the street, a locked lobby entry and two elevators. Enjoy a stay in the Crescent Sands in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 54PM got the keys and everything to the unit. North shores realty are easy to work with and they make sure everything goes smooth as selling I recommend that as well the North Shore Realty group This unit is very homey very inviting well kept well stocked everything worked had no problem at alll,but I will say one thing the shower needs to have a handheld hose, I guess that’s what I’m used to it but that’s what I would like to have had the shower is handicap accessible in the master’s bedroom. I’m scared of heights it was on fifth floor that was rough but all things considered beautiful home well taken care of nothing broken beautiful scenery of the ocean and even watch people get married on the ocean twice. I would recommend any family or just two people to stay at this unit it’s beautiful inside well kept up I couldn’t see anything wrong with it. I would say it is a home away from home everyone had a good time in my party of people that was with us. We will use it again next year I’m looking forward to it.

Cleanliness is important

Upon checking into condo, we found dust/hair balls rolling around on floors. We doing dirty Q-Tips in vanity drawer. Nasty liquid soap on bathroom counter. Packaged soaps were in disarray on bathroom counters. We went to rental office where they promptly called someone to clean up our unit. Clean up was satisfactory and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. We accidentally left a jar of quarters under the large table. If they were found O would appreciate a phone call. I have a friend who lives down the street and they can pick them up for me. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay as my who family enjoys Crescent Sands and will be returning next year.
