In the house "Apartments am Schwibbogen" you will find a fully equipped apartment. Up to 6 guests can sleep in it comfortably. In addition to the bedroom, equipped with two large box spring beds, is located in the apartment a second separate bedroom with bunk beds for 2 adults, bathroom with shower / WC and a guest toilet. Also in the living area there is the possibility for another 2 persons to spend a cozy night. A fully equipped American kitchen provides a communal holiday feeling. 2x TV flat screens, free Wi-Fi and a balcony are available. Secured parking space / parking space available on request. After a thorough renovation and restoration phase of the entire building, in 2017, we are pleased to welcome you to the newly opened "Apartments am Schwibbogen".

Schönes Objekt mittendrin
Schöne, moderne, sehr saubere Wohnung. Tolles altes, saniertes Haus mit Fahrradraum. Nette Vermieter, problemlose Reaktion auf Fragen und Wünsche. Kätzchen durfte mit. Natürlich haben wir sie in unserer Abwesenheit nur in "Ankleidezimmer"/Bad gelassen, damit auch alles schön bleibt.

In der modern ausgestatteten Altbau-FeWo haben mein Mann und ich 5 Tage gewohnt. Die Lage, die Austattung und das Ambiente der Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

TOP-Lage
sehr gute Lage direkt am Obermarkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wohnung angenehm eingerichtet, alles sauber, schönes Bad und ein extra WC. Ein kleiner Tipp: Ein Regal oder kleines Schränkchen als Ablage für die persönlichen Dinge im Wohnbereich wäre schön, sonst liegt alles auf den Tischen herum. In der Kücke wäre die ein oder andere Schüssel ganz gut (es war nur eine sehr große Plastikschüssel und kleine Müslischalen vorhanden). Ansonsten war alles sehr schön und die Betreuung sehr unproblematisch und freundlich. Der Vermieter konnte uns auch einige hilfreiche Tipps geben. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

Empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und chick eingerichtet, alles war in außergewöhnlich gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist natürlich ideal, weil direkt in der Altstadt gelegen, der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und kommen gerne wieder.
