Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, vers 1 h du matin, les climatiseurs étaient allumés mais ne produisaient aucun air frais. Malgré les manipulations effectuées il nous a été impossible de les faire fonctionner.La chaleur dans le logement était insupportable. Nous n'avons pas dormi et avons été contraints de quitter les lieux à 4 h 30 du matin pour rentrer chez nous.Le logement présente pourtant des qualités, mais en période de fortes chaleurs, une climatisation fonctionnelle est indispensable.Nous regrettons également le manque de compréhension du propriétaire, qui a refusé tout geste commercial malgré cette nuit passée dans des conditions très difficiles.

Avant tout, merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti. Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions. Votre arrivée s'est effectuée à 18 h et nous n'avons reçu un premier message qu'à 2 h du matin. Si nous avions été informés plus tôt, nous aurions pu vous accompagner immédiatement afin de vérifier les réglages de la climatisation. Après votre départ, nous avons contrôlé l'installation : la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Les voyageurs ayant séjourné avant et après vous n'ont d'ailleurs rencontré aucune difficulté avec cet équipement. Nous constatons également que l'ensemble du logement, y compris la balnéo, a été utilisé durant votre séjour. Dans ces conditions, nous n'avons pas estimé qu'un remboursement ou un geste commercial était justifié. Nous restons toujours disponibles pour assister nos voyageurs en cas de besoin et faisons le maximum pour résoudre toute difficulté dès qu'elle nous est signalée.
