Great place poor cleansing and customer service

The air conditioner unit for downstairs does not work, when I reported it they said I was supposed to leave the bedrooms units on and sleep with the doors open so the first floor has air conditioner. You can't park in front of the apartment because they won't give you a beeper to open the gate you have to park outside come in through the pedestrian gate and walk to the apartment. Beach and pool gates are only available until 6pm after that they lock the facilities. The bedsheets were dirty I guess they did not changed them after someone else's slept there, they were stained, they were plenty of extra sheets and towels so we were able to put clean ones but cleanliness is poor. Beautiful place but not well kept and not a great service.

Property was very clean and well located. Needs to to have air conditioner downstairs (kitchen, dining and living room area) and proper lightning (living room light was not working and the bathroom upstairs had some blown bulbs). A remote control to get in and out of the parking lot would be a very good addition.
